To warn you all about the issues with o2 phone deliveries

Ordered my upgrade with o2 on 3rd December, with next day delivery.

It's now the 13th and I'm without the phone and my order is stuck in processing.

O2 just send out the same message every day saying that there's a delay.

If you're thinking of buying a phone from o2 online, do think again!

So frustrated!!!!!

Initially ordered because my current phone stopped working. Sent the current phone off for repairs and it's come back, so at least I can use that for the time being.

@MumOfOneAllAlone did you get your phone? I sent mine in for repair. They cancelled the job. Then had to re book it. Then realised they out someone else's address down for my address. And then when I spoke to them yesterday they said all sorted. Spoke to them this morning they said my phone isn't listed on my account.... I'm panicking now as I still have 2 years left on the bloody contract plus, everything was on the phone and I couldn't back up as it was a broken screen.

Yeah I did, it came fine, there was apparently an issue at their warehouse

As long as you've got your contract in your emails, that's your proof of purchase, so they cant say its not on your account - I had a right nightmare with the customer service team 🥺

Nb, If you've got a Samsung, you can send it directly to them for repair

Thank you @MumOfOneAllAlone oh I do have a saumsung! But they wouldn't touch it as I was in the warranty with o2! But I shall remember that! Thank you

Glad to see it seems most of you have received your orders now! I’m in a very similar position, I ordered a new phone on December 1st and still waiting now (January 10th) it’s been an absolute nightmare and customer service have been shocking!

I’ve been told it should arrive today but I’m starting to lose hope!😂
