Ordered my upgrade with o2 on 3rd December, with next day delivery.
It's now the 13th and I'm without the phone and my order is stuck in processing.
O2 just send out the same message every day saying that there's a delay.
If you're thinking of buying a phone from o2 online, do think again!
So frustrated!!!!!
Initially ordered because my current phone stopped working. Sent the current phone off for repairs and it's come back, so at least I can use that for the time being.
