Ordered my upgrade with o2 on 3rd December, with next day delivery.

It's now the 13th and I'm without the phone and my order is stuck in processing.

O2 just send out the same message every day saying that there's a delay.

If you're thinking of buying a phone from o2 online, do think again!

So frustrated!!!!!

Initially ordered because my current phone stopped working. Sent the current phone off for repairs and it's come back, so at least I can use that for the time being.

That’s unusual. My new O2 phones usually arrive the next day.

Have they given a reason for the delay?

There's some kind of warehouse issue 🥺😫

I know, the last time I ordered, it came the next day. There's loads of people on twitter in the same boat but the website is still allowing sales!!

DH has been waiting for 3 weeks and he is not happy. O2 have offered him £10 off his contract for every week of delay or something?

Oh no how frustrating! Also all the people that are probably waiting on phones as Christmas gifts for their children. I'm with 02 and their customer service is terrible

Tell him to push back, i got a £50 bill credit. Though to be fair, it's also had to upgrade as my phone was out of warranty (2 yesr warranty, 3 year contract).

It's ridiculous, as is the 4.30pm text they send every day thanking me for being patient!

Absolutely abysmal and that's my thinking too, I hope I'll get it before Christmas but there's no guarantee

Fingers crossed it comes before Christmas for him 🙂. I can't believe they're still accepting orders! Im waiting on a samsung galaxy myself x

There was an ammonia leak at the warehouse and it was shut for more than 2 weeks. I believe they are sending out deliveries and attempting to get back on track now.

I ordered my update on Wednesday and they didn't mention any issues, other than a 'slight' delay. It would have been better if they'd been honest.

Yes I am frustrated nothing was mentioned when I placed the order.
I have several devices on contracts with them.

I spoke to a lovely call centre person on Friday and he said he was 'very confident' it will arrive as they are apparently creating a temporary warehouse with a target of clearing the back log before the 20th but of no one has received anything yet I will remain skeptical until it's in my hands !

Am going to have to buy a back up present !
So annoying.

I ordered 2 upgrades both iPhones for my daughters, 1 on the 1Dec and one on the 5th. I'm still waiting for the 1st order the 2nd came last week. So frustrating as they are both Xmas presents, so I need the other one to arrive soon 😢

I've got a text today saying it should be here tomorrow - the o2 customer services also said they've sorted their warehouse issue now so hopefully it should be soon for everyone, and fingers crossed before Christmas!

I'll let you know if it does indeed come tomorrow

@MumOfOneAllAlone did you get your phone? I sent mine in for repair. They cancelled the job. Then had to re book it. Then realised they out someone else's address down for my address. And then when I spoke to them yesterday they said all sorted. Spoke to them this morning they said my phone isn't listed on my account.... I'm panicking now as I still have 2 years left on the bloody contract plus, everything was on the phone and I couldn't back up as it was a broken screen.
