Is semi-skimmed milk a left wing option?

Is semi-skimmed milk a left wing option?

Nigel Farage has posted a video ranting about the milk options at a “smart” London hotel - semi-skimmed, oat milk, and almond milk, appear to be denounced as “left wing options”.

He may have a point about the lack of whole milk, but are other milks left-wing? What kind of milk would be a far-right milk? Or Communist milk?

This is the debate that will define the next decade.

Presumably because not many people ask for it so its not cost effective to buy it in.

Yes I was just thinking about the last few hotels I’ve stayed in, it’s generally semi skimmed I assume because that’s what’s popular. A concept Nigel is probably not familiar with.

Do these people just spend all their time looking for things to be offended and outraged by so they can declare them ‘woke’. It’s embarrassing that grown adults support people like this. The grift can be seen from space.

Has he managed to hold a survey in Clacton yet? Heard Musk was planning to donate £100m to Reform so that he can own another country. SMH.

A New Zealand politician has got rid of "woke" foods at schools.

Christopher Luxon in a huff after questions over ‘woke food’ distraction from coalition partner Act - NZ Herald

"The term “woke food” was lobbed into the debate about free school lunches by the Act Party’s X (formerly Twitter) account, which said: “We’ll be doing more with less money to feed kids the fruit and sandwiches their parents would, not woke food like quinoa and sushi.”"

So here's a helpful list of woke food.

This is hilarious

No! I don’t think milk can have a political affiliation.

I’m hoping Fagash has said something so stupid this time that people see through him a bit more 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Never underestimate the power of human stupidity 🤦‍♂️

FatOaf · 04/12/2024 20:53

Nigel Farage has posted a video...

And anyone with more than quarter of a brain has been careful not to watch it. Why are you spreading Farage's shit for him?

Fair point!

You can always hope though.

You have seen the Manchurian Candidate?

The local farmer is clearly your cell leader. He will contact you shortly.

Better pack a bag and get my comfy boots. I think I can deal with most things as long as I am not expected to turn my luxuriant dark hair into an attractive blonde bob in 20 minutes in a the toilets of a petrol station.

Used to work in a dairy. Know much more about milk than is useful.

Blood, piss and shit right?

stargazerlil · 04/12/2024 21:37

No no no. Garage is wrong yet again.
Only milk in cartons is left wing. Bottles are right wing.

mollyfolk · 04/12/2024 21:58

I grew up drinking raw milk (lived on a farm and it was called milk from the cows at the the) and now I drink whole milk with added vitamins.

I just don't know who I am anymore.

I sometimes drink soya milk - and it's actually hard to get in some coffee shops. Maybe it's far right - much publicity but a rare find in the real world.

Bpickle1 · 04/12/2024 22:15

It’s tongue in cheek, aka a joke. You can see the empty space where the whole milk was

JessaWoo · 05/12/2024 00:14

Cows are notoriously political. That's why they huddle in groups, leaving out a few outliers. Have you ever heard the classic song "Cows with Guns"?

AtmosAtmos · 05/12/2024 05:19

I barely drink milk at all, maybe literally a splash in tea or drinking earl grey or jasmine. would be semi skimmed.
I suppose I’m just on the left.

Cool, cool.

It's lovely to see that the elected MP for Clacton - who so far has not undertaken a single constituency surgery to hear the concerns of the ordinary people who voted him in because, reasons - has such a finely-tuned sense of humour. What a little ray of sunshine he is.

BIWI · 05/12/2024 08:35

I don't think anyone was taking it seriously @Bpickle1!

PonyPatter44 · 05/12/2024 08:44

I buy that Bob milk. It's skimmed milk that tastes like semi-skimmed. No idea how it all works, and it may actually be voodoo rather than politically affiliated.

Don't even give him brain space. He's a nasty grifter.

ItsADampColdNight · 05/12/2024 10:05

I do prefer whole milk tbh. Organic though which I guess might tip it into left wing? As long as nobody is throwing it in his face surely that's better than he has had in the past. Not sure why he's so triggered by this.

Goody2ShoesAndTheFilthyBeast · 05/12/2024 10:05

he's just such a twat.

LouH1981 · 05/12/2024 10:08

On the basis that Nigel Farage once recommended that breast feeding mums should feed their babies in toilets, I refused to consider any other milk related comments he makes.
