It’s an event in the city for start ups who are looking for a co-founder. I don’t know what I was thinking. My business is far too small for this. You can barely call it a business! I’m an idiot.

AIBU to cancel or should I style it out and pitch my little business anyway, at the risk of looking stupid? Or should I just not go? I can’t decide so I thought I’d ask you lot 😂.

Go! I did something similar. What followed was a 12 year business (to date) that I've never been prouder of.

Some idiot once said “Say yes and figure out how to do it afterwards”. It wasn't me, but I'm the same kind of idiot and it's worked out pretty well.

I guess it depends what it is. If it’s just a random thought and a hobby you spend a few hours a week on then, no, I wouldn’t go.
