Typo, risk in pregnancy.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/politics/2021/nov/24/labour-liz-kendall-having-baby-surrogacy

She ran as Labour leader.

Some people call surrogacy, child trafficking/slavery.

So who is the slave, the baby or the surrogate mother?

Your attitude to childless women is disgusting. Certainly Theresa May has said did want children. I don't agree with her politics but I can show some empathy towards women who wanted children but were unable to have them.

He was found guilty of battery in a civil court, which requires nowhere near the standard of evidence that a criminal court does, and is therefore meaningless.

For those of us who paid attention to the case throughout, the entire thing was obviously a grift for cash and headlines.

Okay. We got your thoughts on that one.

What are your thoughts on this other thing.

What are your thoughts on the felony that he was convicted for? Trump was convicted for falsification of business documents.

And I don't agree that people say all these things are made up for cash and headlines.

Women could easily have accused Barack Obama of sexual assault just for cash and headlines. But no woman did.

So the "it's for cash and headlines" doesn't wash.

It's strange that trump has had so many sexual assault accusations against him

This, all day long!

Well, women who are pregnant and come across the border illegally seem to think otherwise regarding your second sentence! 😂

I'm assuming that the pregnant women coming across the border actually want their babies and that these babies aren't the result of rape. They are probably grateful for these donated items.

A few donated baby items doesn't make it OK to force a woman to carry her rapist's baby to term and give birth and they won't help her support her child once it's been born.

Reply to my question first. You didn't respond at all. Would you like to share your thoughts on it?

Again : trump has been found liable for committing sexual assualt.

What are your thoughts on that?

Well: my first thought on your question was: am an American woman, work for years and years with thousands of men as colleagues, as am in engineering field, too. I know men well and many of them "nice": about 20% could keep their hands and minds to themselves, married or not. 80% of most men could be found liable for committing sexual assault in the US!😂 President Kennedy, President Clinton...geez, they both could easily have been found liable! Wasn't Clinton - can't remember.

Sandygoldenbeaches · 06/11/2024 15:24

Trump is a disgusting, heinous man.

But many of the male world leaders are.

Darkness and evilness arewinning over the good side.

That's why the world is in the chaos that it is.

Wow! I see from your post that the Donald trump era is normalising sexual assualt to women.
You're saying, it's fine, the majority of men do it.

You said the majority of men do it! No they don't.

Instead of saying "well, the majority of men commit sexual assault"

Wouldn't it be better to have a man who's not like that, as president.

If we vote in a man like that, it gives approval to that behaviour and it perpetuates sexual assault and bad behaviour.

I noticed when Donald trump was president last time, that male behaviour got worse round the whole world.

He gives the example to men that it's OK to treat women like shit and grab them by the pussy

I'm enjoying seeing all the left liberals melting . Hopefully this is a start to embolden other countries to get back to common sense and kick all this woke , gender identity cr@p into the long grass . The tide is turning .

Same!

So is his issue with walking downstairs something physical then? As he seems to have had that for a long time.

I can walk upstairs, walking downstairs is excruciating. Spinal issues. I promise you I'm not gaga just disabled in this instance

Sandygoldenbeaches · 06/11/2024 15:34

I'm just fucking sick of sexist abusive men running the world.

I'm sick of being treated like shit, and of being sexually assaulted.

If Kamala Harris had been voted in, respect for women would have increased all round the world.

But no we have another sexist abusive pig as leader

midgetastic · 06/11/2024 15:35

Woke crap - what like treating all people as humans of equal value ?

It is indeed strange, because when I want justice for something like sexual assault I wait decades until my rapist becomes a powerful political figure regularly compared to Hitler, and/or until the statute of limitations has passed so I don't need to go to criminal court and prove anything... 🤔

Nobody gives a flying fuck about a tortured white-collar crime like the business documents. If the state put half as much effort and scrutiny on any other political or business figure as they have on Trump, they would find at least as much, if not more, on every single one.

Do you not find it funny that after 8 solid years of trying to get him on ANYTHING AT ALL, the best they managed was one count of felonious business discrepancy.

I don't know if you noticed.

But I remember what it was like the last time Trump was in power.

Men got much worse all round he world.

They got the idea that it was ok to bully, abuse and dominate women.

He brings out the abusive, cruel side in a lot of men

Sandygoldenbeaches · 06/11/2024 15:43

Four more years of him. It seems so long.
He was extremely annoying the last time.

Then finally , we will be rid of him, he can't run again

Well, not at the moment he can't.

But maybe he'll die or be incapacitated by then. And if he is, yay, Vance.

Sandygoldenbeaches · 06/11/2024 15:46

I think a man could murder someone in the USA, and he would still be elected over a woman, because he's a man.

Gimmeabreak2025 · 06/11/2024 15:51

DdraigGoch · 06/11/2024 14:06

You really think that Trump is going to do any good for ordinary people?

He will focus on protecting American companies over outside foreign interests that’s a good start

Sandygoldenbeaches · 06/11/2024 15:54

I find it scary that when I pointed out that trump had been found liable for a sexual offense, a female poster replied "ah sure 80 per cent of men do that".

This normalisation of sexual assault is not okay.

Keeping voting for these types of men says that this behaviour is OK.

We are having huge huge problems with rape and sexual assault in europe. I'd say that it is one of society's biggest problems.

And it is a big problem precisely because we have men like this in government.

And these men aren't going to implement anything nationwide to stop sexual assaults, when they want to sexually assualt women themselves.

Sandygoldenbeaches · 06/11/2024 15:56

If we had more female leaders, or male leaders that are nice, there definitely would be more things put in place to tackle the huge level of sexual assaults.

Sandygoldenbeaches · 06/11/2024 15:57

I feel that we live in a world where some men just see women as things to have sex with, and this is encouraged by these types of male leaders

ItIsBeginingToLookLike · 06/11/2024 15:58

Matthew Goodwin has written to Starmer requesting more details, so we can target who these men are and what is behind this huge increase.

We can guess from data held by other European countries, as to what is behind the spike.

Yes there are different reasons.

But World leaders who have no respect for women, like Trump, definitely influences male behaviour all round the world

RingoJuice · 06/11/2024 16:09

I voted for Trump by mail-in. Very concerned about my hometown being resettled with migrants and changing the character of my hometown.
