Waitrose No. 1 Santo Domingo Chocolate ice cream.

Incidentally, I am reminded of how astonished I was to be informed by one of the surprisingly ubiquitous articles on class markers I read, on first arriving in the UK, that mint chocolate chip ice cream was a marker of the very lowest class 😁

Mint chocolate chip. Was on holiday once and had a chocolate hazelnut flavour it was delicious. Also like coconut flavour and banana too

There is an amazing Italian-Style gelateria based in Melbourne that has franchises around Australia. Their Pistachio Praline ice cream is out of this world - It’s rich, custardy, vanilla with a crunchy pistachio brittle dotted through it and some caramel. To die for. They also do a dark chocolate sorbet which sounds weird but is amazing too! Dairy-free, bittersweet and RIIIIICH. I am an utter ice cream glutton and one scoop of ice cream from this store is almost too much to handle.

As luck would have it, am in Melbourne in a few weeks! Don't suppose you'd happen to remember what this place is called?!
