Rum and raisin

Cheese flavour. Sadly, I only ever came across it in Japan. Next up is Biscoff flavour from our local ice cream parlor. Other than that, I only eat raspberry or lemon sorbet.

Toffee fudge Gino Ginelli ice cream, eaten with toffee-flavoured Ice Magic chocolate sauce in the mountain-shaped bottle.

Pistachio, cookie dough or a really good quality vanilla. I can take or leave ice cream but that's what I'll have if I'm in the mood.

We all rather like chocolate with grated chocolate bits. I have had an ice cream maker for years and it's so easy to do. If I can be faffed I do proper boozy rum and raisin but I need to remember to soak the raisins overnight. Or chocolate orange (as chocolate but add measure of cointreau). Or...
