It's one thing to see condoms and lube for sale in a pharmacy, I'd expect that.

The attached picture is a bit much though, surely they should be behind the counter or in those plastic tag boxes.

Men on the receiving end of anal sex share many of the same risks as women. Tearing, STIs more rarely prolapse or anal leakage. Obviously there is more experience of anal in the gay community and people are more likely to properly prepare.

My gay friends tell me it’s often all about blowjobs though. Anal is for special occasions, just like straight people they are saving it for centreparks.
