Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

B - Curiously Cinnamon cereal & a coffee

l - at a cafe - 2 fried eggs on 2 slices buttered brown bread, bowl of chips & a thick strawberry milkshake with extra cream

d - lamb & vegetable stew

no snacks today which is highly unusual for me!

breakfast: 2 madeleines (my breakfasts have been rubbish this week but i've had a few busy mornings)
lunch: chicken breast and mash with cheese
dinner: greek yoghurt with cranberries, nuts and seeds, for some reason i couldnt stomach anything else
drink: pepsi max no caffeine

We had visitors today and I literally (and that's literally) had no time to do anything but clean up, cook and prepare the table till they arrived.
So it was: sauerkraut soup with chorizo and pork knuckle
potato salad with fried chicken
dessert: apple gingerbread cake

L: tuna melt sandwich and an orange
Snack: bagel, cream cheese, jam, latte
Late snack after hike: several celebrations. Didn't fancy dinner, eating lots of protein kept me stuffed.
