Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

Yesterday

B/ Soy milk porridge, berries, nuts and seeds.

L/ Banana and walnut muffin.

D/ Spinach, sweet potato and lentil dahl with rice.

S/ Alpro yogurt.
A few vegan cocktail sausages and ketchup.

Today

Late breakfast so no lunch.

B/ Tofu and spinach scramble, beans, tomatoes and cauliflower hash browns.

D/ Mushroom wellington, jacket potato, sweet potato, peas, carrots, sprouts and gravy.

S/ Apple.
Nuts and dark chocolate.

B: Sourdough toast with peanut butter/banana

L: Houmous and flatbread, lentil chips

D: Cauliflower cheese grill, roasted veg (red pepper, tomatoes, red onion, carrot, sweet potato), leaves & seeds

S: Greek yogurt with honey and raspberries, 2 squares dark chocolate

2.5l water, lots of tea, an aperol spritz

L cottage cheese, salami and cherry tomato sandwich

D spaghetti Bolognese with cheese

S half a bar Ritter Sport

Lots of tea, small glass OJ and 2 black coffees

B: 3 scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, a scoop of cottage cheese with pepper on. 2 coffees

L: Buttermilk chicken goujons in a brioche roll with raw red onion, gherkins, tomato and mayo

D: Chicken korma made with a jar sauce. Added some cashew nuts, spinach and onion. A pappadom.
Grapes

A hot cocoa, herbal tea and water.

S: A raw garlic clove (trying to eat one every day for the health benefits!)

L: Mackerel pate (mackerel, cream cheese, mustard), leaves, seeds, roasted sweet potato chunks. 0% fat greek yogurt with raspberries, crushed walnuts, honey.

D: Bean chilli with rice & cheese

S: Raw sugarsnaps

L/ Quinoa salad with peppers, carrots, edamame and chickpeas.

D/ Bean and vegetable chilli with rice.

S/ Hummus and peppers.
Dark chocolate.

L: Bowl of heated up shepherds pie.
Herbal tea

S: A protein / granola bar thing. Grapes

D: Sirloin steak with home made fried rice with veggies / chilli / garlic in and soy sauce. A hot cross bun with butter.

S: Protein shake, sour patch kids sweets, horlicks, 0% greek yogurt with blueberries, seeds, honey

Not been eating properly for the last few days because stress, basically had a few snacks/ couple of bites of a meal but today I've actually felt hungry.

Not the most nutritious intake but I've had :
banana
very small bowl of cornflakes
Baguette pizza
Sausage chips and beans

Plus a couple of cups of tea, couple of soft drinks and a large glass of wine I probably shouldn't have had but did help me feel less wound up

Brunch: Grilled bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner: Chicken jalfrezi with rice

S: Sour patch sweets, bowl of cottage cheese with blueberries/seeds/honey, homemade vanilla protein shake

Loads of tea & water, a horlicks

L: A bowl of leftover veg fried rice with a whole ball of mozzarella diced up in it. A chocolate / nut protein bar. (felt so ravenous at lunch time and then period started this afternoon so it all made sense...🙃)
Dinner part 1: A small slice of meat pie with gravy and a tablespoon of potato / carrot and cheese mash.
Dinner part 2: will be a piece of salmon and some roasted veg / potato chunks

A few glasses of water and a herbal tea.

Dinner - smoked salmon and dill pasta.
