To ask you who your energy supplier is and if you're happy with them?

Needing to switch from OVO energy and find the maze of energy supplier offers completely overwhelming.

Any way of filtering/recommendations are welcome.

I'm on Octopus. It took them well over six months to start billing me properly. I had to repeatedly contact them to get them to send me an accurate bill. In the end it took raising a formal complaint, and then a couple more months of ridiculousness and badgering, before I started getting reliable bills. Utter shambles.

Octopus, no problems. Good info sent by emails during recent energy crisis.

And no smart meter.

I'm with octopus, there customer service is excellent. Also very helpful if you are struggling with paying your bills. Asked for a home energy review and they sent me a free double electric blanket and advice about heating my house. Recommend 10/10 . Also quick to let me know when the energy prices are changing.
