We can have an argument about whether she is rightly described as “female” or “male” but that would be semantic (and pointless):
The facts are she is legally recognised as a woman. She was assigned female at birth and raised female. She likely has male pattern chromosomes. There are many DSDs where people have male pattern chromosomes but are assigned and raised female. People might argue we have to call them male because of their chromosomes, I disagree, but rather than arguing about words lets stick to the facts.
she met the qualifying criteria for the olympics. There’s a legitimate conversation around whether that was the right decision. there is no legitimate basis for calling this person a liar , cheat and woman beater.
