We can have an argument about whether she is rightly described as “female” or “male” but that would be semantic (and pointless):

The facts are she is legally recognised as a woman. She was assigned female at birth and raised female. She likely has male pattern chromosomes. There are many DSDs where people have male pattern chromosomes but are assigned and raised female. People might argue we have to call them male because of their chromosomes, I disagree, but rather than arguing about words lets stick to the facts.

I think there seems to be a cross over in this conversation with the transgender debate which is heightening tensions.

For me it’s about the IOC sanctioning men hitting women. It’s really as clear as that. It’s not about the fairness of their arm length in a game of ping pong. It’s about their ability to cause a female component a serious head injury that could result in an immediate life threatening injury or neurological conditions down the line which happens for many sports people who have repetitive head impacts. I am furious that paper pushers have decided to gamble with women’s health in this way. Are hiding behind Russian conspiracy theories when they could have just ordered the appropriate testing and ensured XX females were fighting XX females.

Safeguarding first and foremost always.

And yet tested and disqualified from female competition. So I don't think you're actually backing up an argument that she's a female with a DSD. What you're actually saying starts to sound like the opposite.

They have previously been disqualified. Independent tests deemed them to be male. A simple test would determine what they are. If they have participated in this sport knowing that they are indeed male, having gone through male puberty, then they are a liar, cheat and a woman beater.

Let's wait for hopefully a test shall we. If they refuse then questions should rightfully be asked. Women's safety should not be gambled with in this way. Ever.

But you simply cannot tell me that you know with 100% certainty the outcome of any tests that have or haven't been conducted. So you don't have facts.
