What family meals do you make in a week?

I need inspiration and also just interested to know what everyone does...

Meat or fish with vegetables daily, except for Saturdays when I make jacket potatoes with cheese.
For example, Mondays will be the left over meat from the Sunday joint with potatoes and vegetables.
Tuesday, fresh fish, potatoes and vegetables.
Weds, steak, chips and vegetables.
Thurs, chops or similar, potatoes and vegetables.
Friday, fresh fish, potatoes and vegetables.

My husband is very fussy, doesn't like a lot of things, and don't like lamb or pork. We tend to have -

Some type of chicken curry, twice a week
Spaghetti Bolognese
Quiche (me), Chicken in breadcrumbs (him) with chips or jacket potato
Salad
Lasagne or Chilli Con Carne
Full English (him), Fishcakes (me

Pub meal probably once a fortnight

This week:

Mon - Teriyaki salmon and sticky rice served with shredded carrot, edamame beans and something pickled, like cucumbers.
Tues - Chicken curry (slow cooker) with homemade naan
Weds - Chicken burrito bowl with flatbreads. Our kids love the different elements to it and picking and choosing (usually lots of cheese!)
Thurs - stuffed jacket potatoes with cheese, pepper, red onion & a nice salad
Fri - Feta and chickpea pasta salad with olives, hummus & crusty bread
Sat - Pizzas with chips. Dd loves making her own pizza and adding the toppings. We usually do this Fri or Sat, along with movie night.
Sun - lasagne with broccoli and corn cob or a Roast dinner.

All homemade & relatively quick/easy. I enjoy cooking, but with a 17 month old & a 4 year old, I can’t spend hours in the kitchen (nor do I want to!)
We aim for 3 meat free days.
