I think I'm being upwardly bullied by someone I manage. Do I need a head shake?
Can't say too much as its outing.
Has anyone else experienced upward bullying?

Have experienced this too, it’s a relief to think that it’s more common than I thought, sadly.

Definitely possible. I have seen this happen twice - once someone tried to do it to me. She had a long history of inappropriate workplace behaviour and her work was appalling but no one would tackle her. I later found out it was because she had a long history of filing grievances against anyone who tried to give her feedback.

So she said one thing, once and your manager took your side? Not really being bullied, is it?
