To ask where to buy Dublin Eras tour tickets

Sorry for the AIBU! But I am confused why there isn’t a stub hub or Viagogo option to buy resale Taylor Swift tickets for Dublin? There is for all the other European dates but with work commitments I can literally only make Sunday 30th June in Dublin. I never received a code and I know I’ll be paying crazy prices but honestly I work really hard and never spend any money on myself or go on any fancy holidays so I’m willing to treat myself for this!

Facebook pages are full of scams and it’s just so hard to find info 😢

How many tickets are you looking for?

Ticketmaster and AXS are the only legit resale sites for UK dates as far as I'm aware, anything else is risky. If you set up alerts and keep on top of it some may pop up!

Wasn't there a thread on here yesterday about someone with tickets to Dublin who'd been stitched up by her mate? Could have remembered it wrong but thought it was in Dublin.

Just realised it's Dublin so not UK 🤦🏻‍♀️ but think it's still the same resale sites!

I could have written this post as can't find a listing on viagogo or stub hub either! I've requested the listing but no notifications yet.

I can't seem to list on twickets as you have to be able to transfer the ticket straightaway. You can't transfer until 48 hours prior to the event via Ticketmaster so would have to list on Friday.

Any help to list would be appreciated!

She claimed to be on the way to Dublin for the gig without tickets coz she’d been let down. Apparently she later said they were listening to the show outside the stadium. Amazing really, seeing as TS isn’t playing Dublin until this weekend.

Why have normally sane people totally lost their minds over a concert?

I have tried my best to understand the need to see TS but after forcing myself to listen to her whole back catalogue I just don’t get it. At best she’s a bit of a young teen idol. But the number of middle aged women who are scrambling to get tickets is just beyond me.
It’s all a bit “emperors new clothes to me”.
My 57 yr old friend went with her husband, they even wore “the hats”. 🙄
I don’t mean to offend or judge but can someone explain what is so good about her?

I could listen to the whole back catalogue of ABBA and not have a clue why they're so popular, and people pay to go to hologram concerts for them 😂

I love her music, it's fantastic and I also really like what I see of her as a person - not sure why there's an attack middle aged women - she's mid 30s so if like me you've grown up with her music lots of her fans are also in that age range!

There are a number of aerlingus flights cancelled over the weekend so there will be some tickets up for sale from fans coming from outside Ireland who unfortunately can't make it now. Ticketmaster have already opened up the ticket resale option, it comes up when I look at my tickets. The tickets can't be transferred to the new name until Friday however. I don't know if it's much use to you but there are a number of wheelchair accessible tickets left but you need to send proof of disability prior to arrival.

She's been around for a long time. I was 22ish when she released her first album - anyone in their mid-teens then would be the same age as Taylor now, mid-30s.
I love her pandemic albums, which are more indie-folk than pop. The piano and lyrics are fabulous.
Honestly she's been around only a couple of years less than solo Beyoncé and 2 years longer than Lady Gaga and Adele so I don't know why Taylor's fans are supposed to duck out age 18...

Sellers of tickets could can scammed too... you transfer the ticket and no money appears.

Hahaha I actually agree with you I really have lost my mind 😅😅 a few months ago a friend was telling me how a friend had spent £400 on tickets then £600 on hotel and I thought omg how crazy I would absolutely never do that, and then literally last night at 1am I was considering spending £2500 all in to go to Amsterdam to see her but the date didn’t work in the end.. 😅

I think it’s a huge case of FOMO, my whole TikTok FYP is all eras tour and people on Instagram saying it’s the best night of their lives .. I know it’s probably overhyped but I really have lost my mind wanting to go 😅

Op don’t lose hope of a code- I got a code on a Friday to use on Saturday tickets at Wembley and just kept trying over and over on the website link they sent until two tickets came up for sale!

also I have liked Taylor swift since her first album. Her music has grown with her and with me in terms of what she’s singing about, don’t get why a young tween would get half the stuff she’s talking about in most of her songs. for me it resonates with situations I’ve been through precisely because I’m older! But as pp said its each to their own , don’t get why people come on these threads just to point out how ridiculous Taylor swift fans are

I actually didn’t sign up for Dublin initially (work wasn’t so crazy back then so at the time it wasn’t the only date that worked!) so don’t think there’s a chance of getting a last minute code! But that’s so good you did! Are you able to set up alerts or do you just literally have to keep on checking all the time? And were the tickets in a trickle or all at once?
