People can be both vulnerable and a threat to others.

A man who is proposing to transition has the protected characteristic of gender reassignment.

A man with a GRC may only have a diagnosis and two years worth of id in their new name.

Either is the same risk to women as any other man. Nothing in the process can filter out dangerous men, its not designed for that.

As we now know gay men aren’t all predators and one day we will know trans women aren’t either.

No one is arguing all trans women are predators. We are stating that as they are male they need to be treated as such when setting out single spaces that are sex differentiated particularly those with a safe guarding aspect.

Only if you redefine the word woman to mean "anyone who says they're a woman", which is not a definition I'd use or accept.

We're not putting people in prison for being trans and we're not suggesting all transwomen are sexual predators. You keep harping on about this as if we're all confused and yet no matter how clearly we state we do not want transwomen in women's spaces because they are men you don't seem to understand. There is no evidence at all that men who identify as women are less of a risk to women than other men.

I don't want tall men, gay men, fat men, friendly men, Christian men, trans identified men or any other type of man in women's spaces.

The trans people I have known are not confused about the reality of their biological sex.

Only men can be transwomen. I cannot be a transwoman because I am female.

I’ve asked before, but I think you didn’t answer. Do disabled women receiving personal care have the right to be cared for by a female-born woman? Are they horrible bullies if they do not want to be cared for (and by this I mean changing incontinence and/or sanitary wear) by a person with a penis? Do the rights of the transwoman carer trump the rights of the woman?
