Sick of vile vape smoke.

Car fumes as you walk along the street are far worse than vape fumes.
The ingredients used in vape liquids are vegetable glycol, propylene glycol, flavouring and sometimes nicotine. I'd rather inhale that compared to petrol fumes.

I much prefer vapes to cigarettes (not a fan of either) as it doesn’t linger and get into my hair and clothes. But, my mum smoked for years, gave up through vaping but has stopped entirely as it triggers her copd. It’s worse than cigarettes, like an allergy. Dad still vapes but she can’t walk near him if he’s doing it.

So you'd almost rather breathe in cigarette smoke.... which means you wouldn't rather breathe in cigarette smoke.

I have a harder time with it than cigarette smoke. I’m allergic to the artificial flavorings. When I get hit by a cloud I start coughing and wheezing. So far no hives or swelling. I’ve never stayed long enough to get a second lungful so I don’t know what would happen.

No one should be vaping near other people.

Loads of men-children and women-children everywhere inhaling their candy floss flavoured synthetic vapour deep into their lungs.

We are quite right to bash it as the funny thing here is, the tax payer will have to pick up the tab when they all start claiming PIP for COPD or using NHS services for their self inflicted cancers.

I really hate it when you taste vape. Its something about the chemical sweetness and knowing that you are tasting somethings that's been in someone's lungs

Which I know is irrational because all air has been in someone's lungs but it makes me feel sick. And I'm normally not smell sensitive at all. It's so disgusting.

Do people who vape realise just how cheap and common they look?

I also find its more pervasive than cigarette smoke, if I'm not in the direct stream of cigarette smoke then I can't really smell it or taste it. But vape just gets everywhere.

I much prefer vape smoke to idiots with wood burners polluting their homes and everywhere else.

The particulates cause lung cancer, but they’ll light their poncy fires with their tiny kiddos 1m away from it and basically poison them and spew it into the atmosphere. Give me a vaper any day.

I think vape smoke is worse than cigarette smoke seeing as one is vapourised metal and the other is tobacco tar. We know tobacco can be carcinogenic, and we don't know the longterm effects of vaping outside of it making people look ridiculous, ie driver vaping and the car looking like a steam train. Neither are ideal around kids, but then there is also weed. Yuck. Tobacco even smells better.

Yes. I loathe traffic fumes but I get that people want to drive. Vaping, smoking and driving are all quite legal.🙄

I think there are some short memories here and people have forgotten just how vile it was when smoking in public was so prevalent. Mind you, you just need to go to Europe to remind yourself of that.

Some of these vapes are designed for kids. When I womble with my fellow litter wombles, we find no end of vapes. Rainbow Candy, Unicorn Shake, Gummy Bears are not flavours that former smokers want to vape. Plus seen teens vape using vapes that flash different colours.

I rather smell a vape than weed anytime. Plus the latter affects my asthma

As a non smoker, I'd rather be around vapes than vile cigarettes any day. I try to guess what flavour they are 😊

I think it is not a problem outdoors, as you can just avoid people doing it but I do hate people vaping on trains, especially the air conditioned ones with no opening windows.
