Seriously lacking in a) inspiration and b) motivation.

BBQ? Salad? Pizza oven?

What are your Sunday dinner plans?

Spaghetti bolognaise with salad and garlic bread.

I really fancy a roast from the pub. But can't afford it this week.
So, am going down the mezze plate route.
Tuna, sweetcorn, cucumber, carrots, feta, hummus, beetroot, olives, spring onions, peppers, pitta. I'll probably be grazing on that like a fresian cow all day!
It's fantastic weather for a BBQ though if you've got one? 😄

We’ve had a lovely morning out walking by the coast. Now home I’m cooking lamb steaks with baby potatoes roasted in rosemary, a big feta salad along with mozzarella and tomato flatbreads. We’ll have hummus and taramasalata to dip the flatbread in. All washed down with pink Prosecco.

Later we have melt in the middle chocolate pud and vanilla ice cream.

I've got some prawns marinading in honey, garlic, Thai basil, chilli, fish sauce and rice vinegar.

I will skewer and serve with a Vietnamese rice noodle salad. It really light, fresh and tasty.

Planned on a full roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings but changing that now to roast chicken salad with some crusty bread !

I planned a roast chicken with crusty bread, but totally forgot that we are going out tonight for steak dinner!

Chicken has been put back in the fridge for tomorrow after cooking and cooling.

We are at lunchtime and I made these cheese,bacon,onion and mushroom turnover's with jersey royals and fresh asparagus.
So delicious and really easy!

Fish tacos, will smash up some avo and chop some red onion to have on side. Fancied something light and summery.

Lasagne with a salad (rocket, cucumber, baby plumb tomatoes, sweetcorn, cucumber and red peppers)

Salad. Too hot for anything else!

Plant burgers, with vegan slaw and pot salad, plus a side salad.
DD has pepperoni pizza and salad, with vegan ice cream. Dairy gives her a some tummy issues lately.

We have had 2 bbqs this week. I am roasting a chicken. We are having parmentier potatoes, caprese salad, coleslaw, radish and cucumber salad, houmous and jewelled couscous.

Lasagne with garlic bread. Have got a bit bored on cooking a roast. Last Sunday we had baked ham with various salads

Kids want a full Sunday dinner. Roast chicken, stuffing, roast spuds, spicy red cabbage and apple, cauliflower cheese, yorkies, asparagus, carrot and swede mash. Im humouring them because it's exams.

Mmm you're all making me hungry.

We had a hello fresh delivery today so it will be cottage pie & peas.
