Some Charlie thing curry. Was reduced in Waitrose as I think they are overpriced.

Dinner tonight is probably going to be some ham in a cheese roll that I got free yesterday. Not terribly inspiring I know, but I have four rolls to use up and there's only one of me.

BBQ - marinated jerk chicken, bbq marinated pork shoulder, left over homemade coleslaw, feta salad and new potatoes

Freezer surprise tonight which yielded spagetti bolognese.

But for lunch we have just had marinated chicken wraps with tzatsiki, tomato and lettuce followed by New York cheesecake.

Slow cooker lasagna here, about to put it on now

This with the vermicelli rice and Jerusalem chopped salad on the same page, it is divine.

It's cold and grey here. I'm considering lasagne

For todays dinner I've got a pack of Walls Mini Savoury Eggs, with Hellman's Garlic Mayo and a box of McCain Quick Chips washed down with a bottle of Inch's Cider!

I've got some leftover bolognaise in the fridge. I'm going to turn it into lasagne.

We are just having jacket potatoes with cheese and beans!

Homemade curried cauliflower soup with onion bhaji paninis. Although the soup tastes strange and I'm wondering if there was something off about the cauliflower 🥴 it was rather green when I was chopping it up!

BBQ - burgers, sausages, corn on cob, potato salad, salad

Cold roast chicken, potato salad, leftover quiche, cheeses, coleslaw, lettuce, tomatoes and crusty baguette.

I have pretty much had that for lunch

Pesto Chicken with tagliatelle and Pavlova (I made curd and have a ton of egg whites over).

Pork belly slices I plan to shove in oven with a sprinkle of dried chili, fennel seeds, olive oil and celery. Roast slowly. Eaten with red cabbage salad, nice acidic dressing. First asparagus this year, either before or with.

Cheeseburger and fries

We had a roast chicken dinner. Not sure what we're having for tea yet.

Tomorrow will be our first BBQ of the year and the meat has already been sous vided, so it will mean giving the meat a bit of char tomorrow and Bob’s your uncle.

Prawn pad thai, I prefer something spicier but DH and ds like it and I make it from scratch so I'm not doing that for two different stir fries, I'll just add sambal to mine
