Which is more acceptable?

OK- so I thought this might be a good debate for Mumsnetters on a Friday ;)

Chatting to my partner last night and they mentioned its ok to pee in the shower. This is the same person who wont share a towel and has to have their own individual towel - no "family towels" as they say this is disgusting.

So the debate is - which is worse?

YABU - Peeing in the shower is acceptable but sharing a towel with your loved one is totally grosse

YANBU - Sharing a towel with someone you are intimate with is perfectly fine - weeing in the shower is actually NOT acceptable.

So there will be lots of you probably that think both options are totally disgusting or wrong - but can you choose which is closest to your view or which you could tolerate more.

Poll is meant to be lighthearted. There is no relationship issue involved here it just came up in conversation.

Better than them weeing in the shower while you're in there together (been there!)

Wow, why are you so squeamish about towels? Are you not clean after you come out of the shower?

Sorry, I’m confused, I’m not meaning to be thick.

Maybe, it’s because I grew up in a big family.

I totally understand not wanting to use the towel that is wet from the last person showering, but are you all saying that either everyone has a brand new dry towel each time they shower, or that each person has their own dedicated towel that they dry on a towel rack before the next shower?

I can only imagine loads and loads of daily washing or half a dozen towel rails in the bathroom.

We have different coloured towels and only use our own, but I'll happily pee in the shower, saves a flush!
