I'm watching on catchup , just seen Ollie, I really don't understand the fuss? Very mediocre song and dancing in a dirty loo? Am I missing something? What was the amazing staging I've heard people banging on about?

Outside of France I'd go Ireland or Croatia.

The harmony and contrast was very creative. The production was spot on and the vocals strong with the switches seamless. Absolute brilliance. The European public will not let us down.

The vast majority are making fun of UK on this thread. All Countries do it. The Italians didn't bother entering for years. You think Parisian think this is the hight of culture and don't look down on it. It's just a bit of fun.

Really don't understand the appeal of Finland. It's trying way too hard to be edgy funny imo.

Much, much prefer Croatia. Catchy, fun, but with an actual message.

There are a few songs I thought were really good. Olly was one of my favourites but I love him anyway. He was much much better than he was in the preview in the semis.
I did not like our (Ireland's) entry song wise but loved the preformance.
Finland just cheered me up no end.
I actually voted this year for Olly and for Germany.
