Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

Coffee with oat milk x2, mixed nuts.

Ham, tomatoes, cheese, cucumber.

Chicken noodle soup.

Handful of chocolate peanuts, some tortilla chips.

Lunch: Greek yogurt with chopped up apple and peanut butter
Dinner: Bowl of Thai style fish curry - homemade curry paste, coconut milk, red and green pepper, cod pieces, king prawns
Drinks: Four cups of tea, two Diet Cokes

@AuntieAntik wow, that sounds bloody delicious! I've got a tin if coconut milk crying out my name, and a cool highly recommended Asian grocer nearby I've not actually tried yet, so I can try and get the paste from there. Yum!!

Today I skipped lunch, but decided to recreate a maccers breakfast as my dinner. Skinned and flattened 2 chipolata and oven baked, microwaved the egg, toasted muffin tasted a bit too fresh (to be authentic) and no cheese as I'm not a fan of the plastic one and real cheese would overpower it!? Anyway it was rather nice. Had a potato waffles in lieu of a hash brown too 😂

Chips, rice and gravy from the Chinese with a side of plain chips and some onion rings plus a couple of spring rolls.

3 cans of Coke Zero.

L: 2 boiled eggs, avocado, tomato, cheese, chili crisp, sourdough toast.
D: Ethiopian vegetable dishes and beef stew, injera.

S: Satsumas, chocolate

B: bought a latte from McDonalds in the morning which I usually love but it was bitter burnt coffee and scalding water 😭 had to bin in and bought an iced latte elsewhere
L: 2x toast with butter
D: cheeseburger with oven chips, corn on the cob

I'm on a diet so I've had:
B fruit smoothie with a scoop of pea protein powder
S small packet of quavers
L garlic mushrooms on a slice of toast
D Chinese fakeaway from Sainsbury's. 1 spring roll, 1 prawn toast, a spoonful of rice and two pieces of lemon chicken.

Breakfast- bread, butter and Marmite
Lunch- cheese salad (celery, peppers, cucumber, apple) with a bagel fresh out the oven
Dinner is beef a la mode (old recipe book experiment) with carrots, green beans and Yorkshire pudding, and then rhubarb pudding and custard.

I'm having a very indulgent day!

B - Toast with pistachio creme.
L - Lamb Sunday dinner, but very veg heavy because I wasn't really feeling 'meaty' today.
T - Nachos with salsa and jalapeños.

Breakfast - honey nut cornflakes and a cup of tea.
lunch - 2 very buttery crumpets and a packet of ready salted crisps.
snack - a penguin biscuit
dinner- jacket potato and cheese, savoury rice, coleslaw and salad (iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and beetroot)

2 pieces brown toast with butter and honey
Small portion of 'big salad' from last night- tuna, sweetcorn, lettuce, cucumber, pepper, carrots, red onion, sun-dried toms, olives, celery.
2 glasses white wine
Pack of salt and shake crisps

Think I want Vietnamese takeaway for dinner but can't really afford it..grrr...🙃

I had...

Homemade high-protein cottage cheese pancakes with honey and cafelatte for breakfast.

Took my toddler to the climbing gym with my DH and ate half of a (huge) cookie and another latte.

For lunch, a steaming bowl of oatmeal/chia porridge with warm blackcurrant/blackberry compote and sunflower seed butter on top. And a small slice of yesterday's blueberry cheesecake.

And then off to the climbing gym for my own climbing session. Had another latte before doing my post-climbing strength training.

Came home and had a frozen indian rice/curry meal for dinner (my toddler DS was apparently hungry and ate a quarter of a full homemade lasagna, so not enough left for me when I came home). Then I completely lost the plot and ate the other half of the cookie, some chocolate and a little too many bacon chips.

My version of Home made pizza which has a suet pastry base with a tomato and vegetable sauce, cheese, olives, peppers, tomato and anchovy toppings. A mixed salad.
