Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

I forgot to put the bloody bread in the oven yesterday and found it still proving in the airing cupboard this morning. So breakfast was a scotch pancake and two fried eggs.

Lunch is going to be a big ham salad cob with some kind of cake.
Dinner will be leftover curry sauce from yesterday with mackerel and baked potato, and salad.

I've drunk and eaten a LOT more than normal today because I was supposed to donating blood. Then they turned me away because I've been to Rome within the last 28 days!

L: Savoury croissant, crisps, satsumas
D: will be breaded cod with spinach, aubergine, curry sauce, (maybe sesame noodles, I am still ravenous today)

S: 1/2 cookie, 1/2 teacake.

Coffee, water.

Yesterday:

Lunch - Pret salad, the 'protein' one which has smoked salmon, avocado and eggs in it. It was underwhelming to say the least, I'm still cross about it.

Tea: Turkey breast in a barbecuey sort of marinade, stir-fried fennel, savoy cabbage and edamame beans. A pear.

Drinks - five cups of tea, two Diet Cokes

I've been home alone and feeling poorly today so I've eaten unusually crap because my toxic trait is trying to cure illness with food.

I had smoked cheese and pancetta on toast for breakfast, two massive doorstop slices.

Four duck bao buns and the rest of a bag of prawn gyoza with far too much plum dipping sauce for lunch. Most of a bag of pistachios also.

Having mango chilli chicken skewers with salad for dinner and will be having some chilled elderflower cider because it's sunny and gorgeous outside and cider is a necessary addition.

There will probably also be cake because why not.

D-homemade macaroni cheese, corn cob, sprouts, broccoli, carrots and small slice of cheesy garlic bread

Today I had no breakfast
lunch at work was a ham sandwich , a chocolate bar, crisps and a banana
dinner was a kfc
Had 2 coffees and a monster

Roast pork, stuffing, cauliflower cheese, braised sweetheart cabbage with white beans, apple sauce, roast potatoes and gravy.

And it was very good (but took a lot longer to cook than it did to eat)

Two rich tea with a cup of tea. Mint tea, almond latte and water.

B, coffee as per
L, ham off the bone (it needed eating today) , cherry tomatoes and chips
D, homemade moussaka and a spinach salad, so got my veg in with aubergines, tomatoes, onions etc.

Edited to add non sugar orange squash and pinot grigio. London water tastes horrible so I drink a lot of squash. I grew up in Birmingham where a glass of tap water tasted good.

@AuntieAntik that Thai curry sounds devine. I adore Thai food. Did you make it or order it in?

I've been eating too much lately, today going to take it easy. See why below...

Yesterday had a chicken, sweetcorn, parmesan and salad flatbread (leftover roast chicken)
2 teas, 2 coffees, 4 wines (not all at once lol)
What I thought was dinner was half a jacket pot with tuna and more sweetcorn, plus salad and mayo.
Then 3 hrs later...argh. McDonald's fish burger and a very pathetic number of fries. Really wanted the galaxy chocolate pie but it seems it's been discontinued! Scandal!
Then multiple sour haribo
Then loads of Jordan's raisen cereal, eaten like popcorn watching a film...
Then food coma...🤣

Lunch- black eyed bean curry, toast and butter, apple
Dinner is cheese and onion flan with carrots, broccoli and peas and then rhubarb pudding.

Ah thanks BobbyBiscuits ! I made it from a bought paste. I can tell you what I did? It's dead easy.

I used 6 skinned but bone in chicken thighs, a sweet potato, 1 large red onion, a can of coconut milk, rapeseed oil and Thai yellow curry paste.

Chop the onion and fry in some rapeseed oil for 10 minutes until soft. Peel and dice sweet potato and cook in airfryer with a little bit of oil and salt and pepper. Taken chicken things and place in with the softened onions to brown one one side. After 5 minutes turn them over to brown the other side. If anything starts to stick you can always add a bit of water. Put in some Thai yellow curry paste, I put in about 1.5 tablespoons, and stir around until onions and chicken are coated. Add tin of coconut and airfried sweet potato and bring to a simmer for 25 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve with jasmine rice.

A weird eating day for me as I've been travelling for hours.

Brunch: apple, orange, fried egg sandwich

Snacks: two bags of wotsits, two shortbread biscuits, a few squares of dark chocolate

Dinner on train: a chickpea curry wrap. Half a slice of pizza

I’ve eaten way too many ultra processed foods today. Not a normal day food wise.

B- honey nut cornflakes
snacks - 2 packets of crisps and a viscount.
L- a pot noodle
snack - 2 more viscounts
D- smoked bacon, super noodles and broccoli.
