Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

Breakfast - egg fried on top of veggie sausage broken into pieces on a bap
Lunch - butternut squash, sweetcorn and green bean soup with ryvita
Dinner - chicken 'fajita' lasagna with salad
Snacks - twister lolly, sour jelly snakes and a mini mars bar

Weetabix, banana and almond milk & coffee for breakfast

Salmon and avocado sushi for lunch

fruit platter as a snack apple, orange, blueberries, melon, pineapple, mango

Dinner was BBQ pork, coleslaw and homemade wedges

S: Greek yoghurt with berries, seeds, honey
L: Focaccia with vegan ham, tomato, cheese, mayo
D: Salmon en croute with courgette, lentils, mange tout, some jellytots
Drinks: 2 glasses rose, 2 litres water, 4 mugs tea

From Saturday (trying to track everything here):

B: branflakes with strawberries (large portion)
L: roast aubergine with caper + chilli butter sauce: avocado: salami

S: satsuma, fondant, cupcake, Feast ice-cream

Coffee, water, orange san pelligrino, zero alcohol beer, green tea

Breakfast- toast and butter and gooseberry jam
Lunch is a big salad (cottage cheese, carrot, celery, cucumber, peppers, beetroot, green beans, walnuts and pickled watermelon rind)
Dinner is corned beef chips and beans tonight.

B: Spinach, banana, blueberry smoothie + small slice sourdough with peanut butter

L: Rocket, olives, sundried toms + Root & Soul roast butternut squash & quinoa salad

S: 2 quorn chilli bites, 1 x babybel lite, small bowl strawberries/raspberries with greek yoghurt, mixed seeds

D: Will be mackerel, new potatoes, salad

Drinks: 2 litres water, 4 mugs tea, 1 glass rose

Yesterday I had..
Belvita strawberry biscuits
3 teas 2 sugs
Mezze plate- tuna, sweetcorn, feta, cucumber, carrots, hummus, beetroot, olives, spring onions, lettuce and pitta.
Dinner was Chinese food..gawd it's so salty! Breaded prawns (I think they used cornflakes?!) and Singapore noodles.

Having the rest of that later for dinner. Plus about 10 litres of water!
Has toast with cream cheese and blackcurrant jam for breakfast today. Bit sickly, I think I prefer CC w honey?
2 teas 2 sugs
Also had a glass of wine, gonna have more 😂

@BouleDeSuif as always, loving your meals. And bring on the photos! Pickled watermelon rind? Wow! Sounds bizarre and interesting. I've had lime pickle before where it's mostly the rind so I think I get the concept. Did you make it? 🤤

Brunch was eggs Benedict with bacon and an espresso
mid afternoon piece of GF lemon drizzle and a glass of Pinot
tonight we are going out for pizza
Last day of holiday though so back to work n diet tomorrow

@BobbyBiscuits yes I make it from an old recipe in the Mennonite Community Cook Book, it's American and really lovely. It's the melon rind with the green bit peeled off, cooked in spicy syrup and potted like jam. It's crunchy and delicious.

I've just eaten a banana and a few strawberries with Greek yoghurt.
For dinner I'm having sea bass with roasted vegetables.
Not sure about lunch yet, probably a tuna salad wrap or soup.

Yesterday was a bit of a rushed day, not my best day of eating.
B: Bran muffin and coffee
L: Lamb wrap, salad, lemonade
D: tuna sandwich

Today:
B: toast and coffee
L: Tesco sandwich, fizzy water, protein bar
D: felafels, salad, hummus

Last couple of days have been way more bread-heavy than I usually like, because things are busy and it's convenient, but it tends to give me indigestion so I need to get back on the meal prepping!

Yesterday
B - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomato and white bread and butter. Black coffee
L - crisps and dips
D - shredded chicken starter and Thai curry and rice - fucktons of white wine!

Today
B - bacon and egg roll with brown sauce
L - Roast chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, green beans, sweetcorn and gravy
D - two crumpets with butter and marmite - slightly less white wine.

Tomorrow
B - black coffee
L - homemade ham and split pea soup
D - pork mince lettuce cups

I was away for the weekend - back on the diet tomorrow!

Cannot help but love the term fuckton of wine!!

Forgot to post yesterday. Slightly better day appetite wise.

B: boiled egg & piece of brown toast

L: salady bits- egg mayo, homemade coleslaw, slice of cheese, tomatoes & ryvita

D: 5 guys small beef burger with pickles, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion & all the sauces. A few chips but didn’t fancy many.

Snacks: pitta with peanut butter, 3 fizzy strawberry sweets.

Drinks: green tea, water, pineapple juice

Usually there would be a glass or 2 of vino but am on a huge healthkick
