Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

Bad eating day today:

Breakfast: cheese sandwich

Lunch: ciabatta with halloumi and roasted peppers, fries

Snack: biscuit and chocolate

Dinner: a small bowl of cereal

Must do better tomorrow

Cup of tea with milk
Sour dough toast & marmite, 2 baby bells, handful of walnuts.

Salad with rocket, baby gem, red cabbage, red pepper, cucumber, tomato, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts & tin of sardines. Cider vinegar & olive oil dressing.

Slice of kids birthday cake.

Peanut chicken stir fry with cabbage, pak Choi, peppers , carrots etc & egg noodles.

Handful of m&ms Grin

My eating has been awful this week

b- chocolate coated waffle and coffee.

snack - entire big bar of Cadbury wholenut

l- bagel with soft cheese and tomatoes, packet of ready salted crisps and more coffee

snack- another packet of ready salted crisps

d- homemade shepherd’s pie, cabbage, carrots and gravy
dessert - strawberries and cream and a slice of chocolate cake
lots of squash

L: chicken sandwich, 3 choc rice cakes, water
D: rice, chips, curry tray from Chinese, water
Snacks: Cherry Diet Coke at the cinema, some Apple ring sweets.

Coffee

Cheese on toast (gouda and brie), mug of miso soup with spinach in.

Tuna steak, oven chips, mushy peas

Orange squash (quite a lot, it was a warm day), one glass of pinot grigio with dinner.

Would really like an ice cream, it's so sunny outside!

L: Ham and cornichon roll with mayo; banana.
D: probably: Breaded cod fillet, kimchi, roast courgettes, mayo.

S: ice-cream vans are out so maybe an ice-cream too :)

Coffee, iced coffee, water, apple and carrot juice.

So far today:

Tea with milk

Coffee with milk
A shot glass of berry smoothie
Skyr with blueberries, walnuts and cinnamon

Slice of Vogel seed bread toasted with 1/2 avocado and a poached egg on top
An apple

Dinner will be watermelon, feta and olive salad with fresh herbs and little gem, served with salted radishes and toasted sourdough. And a glass of white wine.

Slice seeded toast with peanut butter; banana and blueberry smoothie

A few olives; cod with romesco sauce, spinach and a mushy potato rosti (lunch out)

Apple slices with teaspoon walnut butter

Two pieces seeded toast with smoked salmon pate

Several cups of tea; white wine spritzer; lychee & basil mocktail; water

Never eat breakfast, although probably should 🙈😱🙈😱!
Lunch: tuna sandwich, cherry tomatoes, apple Muller rice, an apple and a glass of apple and blackcurrant squash.a

Tea: pork steak with mushroom gnocchi, followed by chocolate cake and mint choc chip ice cream.

Love these threads.

Breakfast latte made with skimmed milk at home.

Then brunch/lunch was a cheese and avacco wholemeal bagel.
About 12.30pm

One more coffee.

Dinner was a salad with olives, mince and cheese.

Handful of nectarine slices Nd ginger tea.

I also ate 3 squres of dark chocolate

D: Margaritas are on the cards, not sure about food 😆

Frozen berry smoothie with Greek yoghurt, flaxseed, Rheal balance powder and oat milk. Wholemeal toast & PB. Tea x 2.

Apple & a baby bell, handful of mixed nuts.
Tuna baguette w/rocket. Water.

2 Oreo's & tea.

Dinner will be Thai green curry with cod, pak Choi, aubergine, red pepper & mushrooms with jasmine rice plus wine!

Yesterday...
Breakfast - Greek yoghurt, oats, mixed berries
Lunch - roast veg, hummus, feta
Dinner - pasta with a chunky veg sauce (pepper, courgette, lemon, garlic, capers, chilli)

Today - travelling so - porridge with berries before leaving, banana and oat/nut bar in the car, two hobnobs on arrival. No dinner yet!

I had

Brunch: 2 poached eggs, avocado, tomato, beetroot, kimchi

Dinner: Spatchcocked chicken which had been marinated in olive oil, lemon juice & paprika and sat atop a load of sliced red onions; plus chunky chips made from swede and celeriac.

2 lattes, 2 teas, 1 glass of white wine

Lovely! I read an article yesterday that the key to longevity is eating walnuts and beans each day.
