Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

B: cappuccino and a pastry
L: Mexican rice with fajita chicken, corn, tomato, peppers, onion, salsa, cheese, sour cream. With tortilla chips and a Diet Coke.
D: I was still so full so just some cereal

Breakfast scrambled egg on toast with black coffee
lunch cheese toastie with baked beans
dinner sausage mash cabbage and a cbd drink

B Granola and milk. 5 Strawberries.
L: Veggie burger in brioche bun with salad and home made coleslaw. Pear.
AT: Parkin slice and cup of tea.
D: Tofu stir fry with mushrooms, red pepper, cashews. Quinoa. Asparagus. Honeydew melon slice.
1 Hotel Chocolate chocolate.
1 decaf espresso.

Evening snack: 1 ferrero rocher hazelnut ice-cream stick (of which the last few mouthfuls were revolting I really need to stop eating these they’re not as nice as I thought they would be).

Lunch: Two of those sous-vide egg bite things in Starbucks

Dinner: Prawns in garlic butter starter, followed by a warm smoked haddock, potato and chilli salad with a creme fraiche dressing

Drinks: Two cups of tea, a coconut milk latte in Starbucks, two Diet Cokes and a bottle of sparking mineral water

Breakfast- last of the bagels with butter
Lunch- baked potato with tuna, sweet chilli sauce, cucumber, celery and walnuts. Apple.
Dinner will be minestrone type soup with butternut squash, tomatoes, borlotti beans, carrots and onion, bit of pasta, and the end of the rhubarb pudding.

Lunch: spicy bean & cheese wrap, passionfruit yoghurt and sparkling water
Dinner: Halloumi, cous cous and salad
Snack: mini dairy milk bar
lots of water and a coke zero

L: I got a scoop of chips from the deli, they were lovely. Strawberries, Water
D: pasta with cheese and broccoli, water.
Snack: TWELVE chocolate rice cakes. Bought two packs intending to leave them at my desk in work so I could have something handy throughout the next few weeks to chew on. Suddenly they were all gone.

B: protein smoothie - scoop pea protein, water, blueberries, splash oat milk
L: bagel with baked beans & scrambled egg
D: half pepperoni pizza, rocket, cherry toms, skyr with honey, strawberries, seeds
S: almonds/walnuts, spoon peanut butter, chunk cheese
Drinks: litre water, few mugs tea, coke zero

B - overnight oats made kefir yogurt and raspberries
L - three bean chilli soup
D - chicken tray bake with butter beans, pepper and pine nuts

s - a satsuma, spoonful of peanut butter, spoonful of hummus

Yesterday

B - 2 weetabix with oat milk
L - Mushroom, kale, bean and miso soup
bagel and hummus
D - bean chilli, brown rice, garlic bread, plant cheese
S - 2 beers (330ml cans), lots of tea, 2 cups filter coffee, 1 pepsi max. special k and choc shreddies with oat milk, walkers baked crisps, choc digestive

Today

B - oatmeal, wheatgerm, sunflower seeds, walnuts, banana, oat milk, maple syrup
L - salad of lambs lettuce, cuc, tomato, pepper, fake chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, olives, bulgar, ceaser dressing.
D - bean chilli, brown rice, plant cheese
S - 2 mini vegan sausage rolls, popcorn, 2 breadsticks, perkier bar, 1 weetabix with milk, 1 choc digestive. Lots of tea, 3 filter coffees, 1 pepsi max.

Have realised I am snacking too much and haven’t drank any water!

Tomorrow is another day.

Lunch - a whole tub of cottage cheese with a chopped pear
Dinner - two smoked mackerel fillets, two hardboiled eggs, salad (romaine lettuce, shredded carrot, cornichons, parsley, homemade dressing made from Greek yogurt and horseradish)
Drinks - three Diet Cokes, three cups of tea

I made it myself some time back - this was the last remaining portion lurking in the freezer!

As above until dinner then will have a bowl of
leftover Bombay potatoes
Peruvian grains from a sachet
marinaded tofu
tomato
cucumber
seeds
fried kale
spring onion

Leftover potatoes fried up with rosemary, garlic and lemon
Sliced apple with a spoonful of peanut butter to dip
Chicken sandwich on wholemeal bread with cucumber, pickled carrots, tomatoes, lemon mayo, mint & basil
1/3 of a pack of halo top ice-cream
Lots of herbal tea
For tea I'm having a picnic.

B- melon, grapes and strawberries (not feeling it today!)

L- itsu chilli miso instant noodles, bag pop chips

D- kcal kebab (mixed meat) from German Doner Kebab

Snacks- 2 ice pops, some salted caramel ice cream and milky way magic stars

Not my finest efforts at balance today!
