D - bean chilli, brown rice, garlic bread, plant cheese
S - 2 beers (330ml cans), lots of tea, 2 cups filter coffee, 1 pepsi max. special k and choc shreddies with oat milk, walkers baked crisps, choc digestive
Today
B - oatmeal, wheatgerm, sunflower seeds, walnuts, banana, oat milk, maple syrup
L - salad of lambs lettuce, cuc, tomato, pepper, fake chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, olives, bulgar, ceaser dressing.
D - bean chilli, brown rice, plant cheese
S - 2 mini vegan sausage rolls, popcorn, 2 breadsticks, perkier bar, 1 weetabix with milk, 1 choc digestive. Lots of tea, 3 filter coffees, 1 pepsi max.
Have realised I am snacking too much and haven’t drank any water!
