Male celebrity in London today in a pink beret

DD went to Cream Dream ( I know !) Cafe in London today ( she had a fabulous cake ) and was sitting next to a celebrity - Male, 50 + ish,, in a houndstooth jacket, wide trousers and a pink beret. other people asked for a photo, and apparently he was really nice to them, so we know it was someone famous, but who ????

AIBU to ask you all to help work out who it might have been ? ( sorry shoe horned into AIBU as I was hoping for a quick answer !)

I was at Primary school when Gino and Come on Eileen were in the charts so a bit too young to appreciate how hot he was back in the day.

Looking good for 70 but I'm not convinced that anyone can pull off a pink beret (although Prince probably would have tried if it was many shades darker).

My favourite - and well known - Dexys story is when they played Jackie Wilson Said on Top of The Pops. The stagehands misunderstood and Dexys played the song against a backdrop of a giant picture of the darts player Jocky Wilson.
