No.... there's no "a bit OCD".
Obsessive compulsive disorder is a genuine recognised and diagnosed condition that can be completely debilitating to the people who suffer with it.
There isn't a month that goes by where I don't hear someone say they are a bit OCD about this or that. No. You like it done that way and have a preference. But if its not done that way... nothing happens to you. You might wrinkle your nose a bit and that's it.
If it were any other mental health condition you were claiming to have and essentially mocking or belittling then in this day and age you would be put in your place, but for some reason people are OK with saying it about OCD.

This!!!!! It's drives me up the wall! I've worked with people who throw this phrase around loosely when trying to imply that they are organised and or great at their job which very rarely they aren't ! I think it's very offensive to prove who genuinely suffer with OCD.

" I suffer with anxiety" is another phrase which gives me the ick! If you're feeling a bit nervous , anxious or worried , it doesn't mean you are suffering with anxiety! I want to scream whenever someone uses it as a barrier to getting something done. It is also insensitive to people who actually suffer with anxiety .

I fucking HATE the anxiety one! Being a bit anxious before meeting mates is not GAD.

What is wrong with me? I find about 50% of the things on this thread attractive 😂

My icks are talking in a baby voice , saying stupid words like "holibob", being indecisive, using the word "eclectic" when talking about music tastes (they never are eclectic), saying the Shawshank Redemption is their favourite film.
