You are ruining this organisation. It was a truly wonderful place to work until you took over. People were happy and full of goodwill. I'm willing to bet that not a single one of the 1000 people there likes you, respects you or thinks you are doing a good job. To my team who I saw on FB went to the leaving do of a guy who has received a final written warning and moved to another department true NHS style, someone does something really wrong and gets shifted sidewards rather than any real repercussions: why would you go to his leaving do, he assaulted a patient and mishandled controlled drugs. He told you that he was edged out of the department, did you not think there must be more to it, don't you know me better than that.

Are you really qualified?

Because you and I qualified in the same year, 15 years ago, but you constantly seem absolutely clueless and never seem to understand anything that is supposed to be the bread and butter of our profession. Why do you keep working here, when I suspect, you know that you can't do the job? Why do you do it to yourself and to us, your hard working colleagues who live for the job?

Stop referring to the team as 'gents', there are women in the team as well. You've been doing this for 2.5 years. Fucking stop.
