Say it here, see if it helps.

I'll start: you dramatic entitled cow. I am sick to death of your bullshit. Stop threatening to quit, make my year and actually do it.

You describe yourself at bubbly, sociable, and an extrovert. I describe you as annoyingly loud. Your excess chatter, your verbalising your thoughts, your humming and singing, your constant updating me of the tasks you've done, your frequent pinging me on Teams chat or knocking on my door for unimportant stuff, your "HEY GUYS!" yak yak yak yak... as soon as you walk in, is draining me. Please just STFU and leave me in peace 😫

ItsAStupidQuestion · 19/03/2024 21:08

I literally have no idea how you got a headteacher's job. You're absolutely fucking useless, with no people or communication skills. We all know you lie through your teeth when you get pulled up on things and you bury your head in the sand when people complain about your abysmal (non-existent) leadership skills.

Oh, and tuck your fucking shirt in at the back. You look like an unmade fucking bed. And stop fucking scratching.

Huggingatreedoeswork · 19/03/2024 21:10

I work just as hard as she does but since you clearly favour her I'm not giving a shit anymore. It's soul destroying but as soon as I find another position I'm out of there.

Dallidalli · 19/03/2024 21:19

I am honestly trying my best to please your expectations but you deliberately set the bar up so high to set me up to fail. Because you are jealous of my skills, you are jealous of my ideas and I am the only one actually standing up to your bully behaviour that dates back to high school break times. For god sakes smile once in a while. I am trying to connect with you but you have just written me off. Why? Because you are exhausted. You have no patience left to actually care about your team. I have ideas to move things forward but you just shut them down because it would highlight how much out of touch you are. You can't save up a PDF so go let me do what I can do best and sit your saggy old ass down!

KStockHERO · 19/03/2024 12:01

You're a fucking cunt

😂

Onionbhajisandwich · 19/03/2024 21:25

you have the personality and face of a cabbage and your constant simpering makes me want to punch you.

IsawwhatIsaw · 19/03/2024 21:35

In a previous job
You are a vicious bully who is incapable of doing your job. Rude to patients and staff. Lucky it’s the NHS where it seems you can get away with it. No wonder staff turnover is high and - as you told me yourself, you have no friends and seldom see your family.

Notgivingup54 · 19/03/2024 21:36

To my manager. You really are a bit useless, a bit lazy & don't know enough about the job. Everyone talks about how hopeless you are behind your back, even your peers. Oh well !

Daisybuttercup12345 · 19/03/2024 21:48

You really are the laziest, sluttish brown nosing bitch I've ever had the misfortune to 'work' (you don't do any) with. You sucked up to the boss in more ways than one and everyone's knows it. You stink of fags too.

Lovelylydia · 19/03/2024 21:51

PurpleChrayn · 19/03/2024 12:35

You're a virulent antisemite, and all your do-gooder Christian sanctimony is bollocks. So glad I don't have to work with you for much longer. You're pathetic. And you're hiding your homosexuality which makes it all the worse.

I worked with this person. They prayed for me. big Twat

MiniPumpkin · 19/03/2024 22:02

It’s your job, get on with it and stop being so lazy

Shityshitybangbang · 19/03/2024 22:18

PurpleChrayn · Today 12:35
Do we work at the same place?

DumpsterBaby · 19/03/2024 22:19

I have nothing left to say to any of you.

And that’s how I know I’ll be okay.

SlatternIsMyMiddleName · 19/03/2024 22:21

I don’t trust you or your faux concern.

Iizzyb · 19/03/2024 22:37

You are so kind at times but it would help me so much more if you would just do your f-ing job. It takes me 5x as long to manage you as everyone else and I worry incessantly about why you are always behind. The new recruit is streets ahead of you after only a few months. They will get all the good work in future & you'll just be left with the same old stuff unless I can move you on.

I will not let you wear me down though and I'm not going to do your job for you any more.

FrangipaniBlue · 19/03/2024 22:39

You're fired. Don't bother logging on tomorrow, your access rights have been revoked.

You're a narcissist bully and if HR weren't so incompetent and too worried about covering their own arses I'd have sacked you at Christmas.

StockpotSoup · 20/03/2024 00:21

Former colleague:

I know no one else saw through your Mr Nice act. I believed it at first too - I think even you might believe it yourself - but I found out what a self-centred user you are. Every supposedly kind or helpful act is of benefit to you above all else.

When you publicly praised me for how well I’d picked up the job and what great results I was getting, I thought you were being genuine. I probably would have realised in the end that your main aim was to show what a good trainer you are, and you know what? I get that. But it was when you stopped training me - and I started doing better than you - that the worm turned. Suddenly your praise was tempered with little reminders to double-check this or “always remember to do XYZ”… it looked helpful on paper, but I knew it was your way of implying I couldn’t manage without you. Because I’d done too well for your liking. What if people realised it was because I was just good, rather than because I was trained well by you?

It meant a huge amount to me that I was doing so well in that job. You tried to take that away from me - and you didn’t even need to. So I’ll always hate you, and I’m glad you didn’t get your promotion. And I’m glad every job you’ve had since has been a disaster. You deserve it.

olderbutwiser · 20/03/2024 07:12

Try saying after me:
”hmm, that’s an interesting alternative approach, tell me more”
”before I make any sweeping changes I want to make sure I understand the problem, so tell me…”
”what do you think?”

There, dick didn’t fall off did it?

Astariel · 20/03/2024 07:54

You’re a really nice girl, but at 26 (in a graduate profession) you really are not senior and very experienced. One day you will be quite embarrassed by the way you’ve been insisting that you know everything. You do have a promising career ahead of you, but a bit of humility goes a long way.

oh my word i have similar only he 22 or 23 😂

Nopeasinapasty · 20/03/2024 11:07

You are a devious fucking cow. You have done nothing but tell lie after lie to make yourself look like a victim. Even though the crap ton of evidence showed you for what you really are, you are too narcissistic, or stupid, to back down. Everyone sees through you. You have no credibility remaining but you still think you are going to get everything your way. You're not. Today your chickens should come home to roost. Thank fuck.

SherrieElmer · 20/03/2024 11:23

We all know what you did, you conniving bitch.
You think you can get away with murder but a few of us are already planing on our revenge.
We will strike when you least expect it.
Enjoy the tranquility while it lasts.

Lucytheloose · 20/03/2024 11:33

I grant that you are very good at managing systems, which is about 4 per cent of what a manager in your position should do. The other 96 per cent is about managing people and unfortunately, you don't even realise that that part of your role exists, let alone have a clue how to do it.

mjf981 · 20/03/2024 11:46

You're a big fat liar. Every story you tell is obviously so exaggerated I'm shocked you even think we'd believe it. I whinge about a slipped disc in my back, then 5 minutes later you tell me your DOG also now has a slipped disc and you have to pay 20,000 pounds (!) for surgery. Every day you have a new ridiculous and totally made up story. Oh and you're lazy and moany and entitled. And have resting bitch face.
Please please please just quit and piss off out of my life.

Astariel · 20/03/2024 11:59

Wexone · 20/03/2024 10:21

🤦🏻‍♀️

I recently had to have a conversation with her about why we couldn’t support an application for promotion. She said ‘I’m 26! I really feel that I should have that senior title’. I had to be very diplomatic in responding!

She’s already a bit over promoted where she is tbh, and has a very narrow skillset that causes me various issues. It must be worse when yours is only 22/3.
