It may well be that she does like to play around with photos on Photoshop. That's why they have press offices, including people to review all media and social media extremely carefully! No-one just shoves photos out without scrutiny (unless they are doing a really bad job).
It's all the same 'hey, we don't have staff, we are just muddling along with William 'stepping up' now mum's a bit unwell' narrative, and it's not remotely believable! I don't even feel bad about them having staff, it would be weird to run such an institution without it, but the staff have to do their jobs and that includes screening/considering the fall-out of all photos and media comms.
