Hot tub hoggers

Went for a swim at my gym yesterday afternoon. There was a group of five people in the tub when I entered the pool. They were still there when I finished my swim 45 minutes later. AIBU to think this is inconsiderate and selfish? There is a notice on the wall asking people not to use it for more than 15 minutes which is ignored by most people.

Whenever people mention hot tubs it reminds of warm urine near children who are not potty trained yet in swimming pools

You’ve never worked in a gym before I see 😂 In all seriousness, we had to get cctv installed over the hot tub to stop shagging, shaving and shampooing.
