Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

I’m trying to lose weight at the moment, so eating much less than normal (Apart from last weekend …)

coffee with oat milk, mixed nuts, grapes

Yogurt, blueberries, strawberries and GF granola

breaded chicken, salad, handful of fries.

Breakfast - banana, milk, protein powder, collagen and Greek yoghurt smoothie

Lunch - cheese, pickle and ham toastie, packet of quavers and a mini chocolate shortbread

Tea - chicken Caesar chopped salad

Dessert - frozen berries microwaved with Greek yoghurt and 2 crushed hobnobs. Like a shit diet cheesecake (it was actually nice TBH!)

Prob stepping out of the spirit of the thread…can I ask…

Some of you seem to eat so little, or skip lunch, or dinner..how do you do it?! I’m now thinking my sensible eating days aren’t even close to where I need to be to be slim again! 😞

I'm fat and sometimes skip tea
Mostly when I CBA to cook or I'm upset/tired/grouchy. When my mood is bad I go off food totally and sometimes I'm just not hungry for my tea. Then I end up starving at 1am but it's way too late then!

B - 2 crumpets with butter

L - turkey salad wrap and a protein yogurt

D - turkey sausages, mash and beans

If I get peckish later I'll have a granny smith apple

Tomorrow is going to be pretty much the same except I may have porridge for breakfast instead

Fish, chips and mushy peas! (Lemon sole in breadcrumbs)

Lemon and coconut sorbets!

Dinner's just going to be Huel and an apple.

Babybel and an apple
Roasted carrots and sweet potato, lettuce and cucumber, homemade hummus, a boiled egg, chilli beetroot, cashews, few shavings of cheddar
A small Lindt chocolate bunny
Wholegrain pasta with red pepper pesto, broccoli

Smoothie made with almond milk, half banana, strawberries, kiwi and flaxseeds with kefir.
2 slices homemade seed bread with marmite.
Bowl of home made tomato soup.
Portion Tim Horton's lattice fries and two Reese's peanut butter cups.
Apple.
Beef stew and long stem brocolli.
Gold bar.
Now stop, woman.....!

1 lamb wrap with chips

2 x tea, 2 x latte, 1 x herbal tea, 1 x lucozade sport

Breakfast- toast with avocado and chilli flakes.

Lunch- leftover pasta with sausage and fennel.

Dinner- mushroom and spinach gnocchi.

Snacks- a hazelnut cake, apple juice, chia tea and chocolate cashews.

Today:

A latte with skimmed milk on a walk with my toddler.
Homemade red lentil, onion, red pepper, carrot and garlic soup with 2 slices seeded toast.
Homemade smoothie (1/2 banana, 1 date, skimmed milk, almond butter and 1 tsp cacao powder)
Frozen pineapple
Salmon fillet roasted with paprika. New potatoes roasted in olive oil and salt. Butternut squash and cauliflower roasted in spices. Steamed green beans and broccoli. A tsp proper Mayonnaise.
50g non UPF ice cream- it’s amazing but £££ and obviously also if you’re trying to lose weight as I am, you don’t want much!

2 coffees with skimmed milk.

@Scirocco fish and chips on the beach! How lovely. Lemon sole as well, one my faves. And I could bathe in mushy peas!

Today went pretty ham on reducing calories today...

Had a tea milk 2 sugs (need to reduce to one)
A small cherry graze bar
6 cherries

4 bites of homemade cauliflower Nasi goreng.

Don't feel hungry prob as been eating so much last week or so!

B: Coffee, porridge with cream and brown sugar
L: Hot buffet lunch at work so oddbod things - chicken drumstick, beef stew with mushrooms, potatoes and salad plus mini flapjack things
S: more mini flapjack things, a satsuma and some grapes with tea
D: Beans on toast with jelly and cream after, coffee

Fizzy (Sodastream) water with everything. I'm seeing a lot of smoothies on the thread so I might get the Nutribullet out tomorrow 😀

I’m up late 😴 today/Monday was:

B: peach and apricot yogurt
L: chicken & bacon brown bread sandwich with salad, latte
D: fresh roll with salami, pickle and cheese, crisps, olives, water, Pepsi max
dessert: chocolate yogurt

basically bread and yogurt all day 😂

Lunch, I'm meeting a friend in a cafe so I don't know yet (although I have looked at the menu online, obvs)
Dinner is nut roast and veg.

S - beef hula hoops, satsuma and a Diet Coke also a couple more coffees

L: Cheese sandwich, M&S ready salted crinkle crisps
D: will be a Sainsburys Vegetable biryani, probably followed by a low fat strawberry yoghurt.

Snacks- there's a bag of peanut M&Ms in the cupboard with my name on them.

Loads of tea

I discovered this lovely wildfarmed flour, treacle and fruit bread recently... had that with cashew butter

then half quarter of a ciabatta as crostini for lunch and some tomato soup

dinner will either be curry udon or unagi donburi
