Yesterday:
Breakfast: Coffee with a dash of dairy milk.
Lunch: Homemade Hungarian mushroom and white bean soup, with mixed seeds and kefir - plus a sheet of nori, glug of apple cider vinegar, slurp of beetroot juice and bite of turmeric root as well.
Dinner: Turkish meal out. Cacik, baba ganoush to start, then mixed shish with roasted courgette, tomato, jalapeno and broccoli, and a rocket side salad. I am 90% veggie so ended up with the meat sweats after - so worth it though!
Snacks: Handful mixed berries
Drinks: Genmaichai green tea and home made kefir water throughout the day. 2 x alcohol-free beers.
Today will be the same until dinner, which will be:
Dinner: Cauliflower, chickpea and almond curry, with bulgar wheat, kefir and flaked almond, plus my usual starter salad of rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish, sweetcorn, beetroot kim chi, home-grown broccoli sprouts and edamame beans, and topped with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sumac, black pepper and mixed sesame seeds. And probably followed by a couple of squares of 100% dark chocolate.
