Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

Trying to recover from my carby weekend.

oat cappuccino, mixed nuts

strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, granola

Chicken and veg soup, few tortilla chips.

handful of midget gems (I wish I could cut out sugar).lots of water.

4 GF Jaffa cakes (orange cardboard)

Homemade smoothie; coconut milk, 1 banana, peanut butter, scoop choc protein powder

Bag ready salted crisps, chunk of cheese, GF gingerbread man, 10 mini eggs

2 egg cheese omelette with 2 hasselback potatoes

2 x latte, 2 x tea, 1 x herbal tea, 1 x lucozade sport

slice sourdough with peanut butter & mashed banana
berries with skyr, honey, mixed seeds

S :
2 babybel lite, 3 quorn cocktail sausages

Dinner :
cauliflower cheese grill, new potatoes, roast broccoli, rocket
individual portion apple crumble & cold custard

Approx 87 cups of tea, 2 litres water, 1 diet coke

L - tomato and lentil soup with mozzarella. Satsuma
S - apple, handful of almonds
D - beef with honey and ginger, noodles
S - one sweet chilli rice cake, piece of halloumi.

And I was still hungry after dinner so I had two oatcakes with peanut butter.

D: pasta with veg and sauce, Coke Zero, water

Today:
Toast and plum jam and some raisins
Lunch was a little minced beef pie, carrots and peas, and an apple
Dinner is beetroot soup and garlic bread and then yoghurt.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Coffee with a dash of dairy milk.

Lunch: Homemade Hungarian mushroom and white bean soup, with mixed seeds and kefir - plus a sheet of nori, glug of apple cider vinegar, slurp of beetroot juice and bite of turmeric root as well.

Dinner: Turkish meal out. Cacik, baba ganoush to start, then mixed shish with roasted courgette, tomato, jalapeno and broccoli, and a rocket side salad. I am 90% veggie so ended up with the meat sweats after - so worth it though!

Snacks: Handful mixed berries

Drinks: Genmaichai green tea and home made kefir water throughout the day. 2 x alcohol-free beers.

Today will be the same until dinner, which will be:

Dinner: Cauliflower, chickpea and almond curry, with bulgar wheat, kefir and flaked almond, plus my usual starter salad of rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish, sweetcorn, beetroot kim chi, home-grown broccoli sprouts and edamame beans, and topped with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sumac, black pepper and mixed sesame seeds. And probably followed by a couple of squares of 100% dark chocolate.

L: Sourdough toast with cashew butter and sliced strawberries, hot cross bun with salted butter
S: red pepper and houmous before gym
D: Will be spag bol with grated cheddar, green veg on side, then probably skyr, honey, blueberries
Lots of tea, 1 diet coke, 2 litres water

Oatcakes with peanut butter
A slice of chocolate cherry cake (amazing) and a latte
Half a posh scotch egg with beetroot, green salad, homemade hummus and roasted carrots and sweet potato
Dinner will be salmon with a tomato and kidney bean pilaf and avocado

I got an air fryer a little while ago and I love it. Air fryer salmon is delicious.

Couldn't be bothered making the soup so I'm having chips done in the chip pan, fish fingers and beans for dinner. Marvellous it is too.

Drinks were a coffee, glass of apple juice and two cans of Pepsi.

Crosta Mollica wholewheat wrap with leftover roast chicken, proper mayonnaise, cucumber and tomatoes
Frozen pineapple
About 40g deliciously Ella chocolate salted almonds
Pasta with homemade Romanesco sauce with added chicken, courgette and spinach

plus water and a couple of coffees with skimmed milk.

might have some fruit later.

Yesterday I had
Breakfast: just add water porridge pot
Lunch: spicy egg wrap - 1 1/2 eggs, one tortilla wrap, good sprinkle grated cheese, salsa, and hot sauce (I’m not a monster using half eggs btw.. I just used 3 to make two portions!) and a fruit smoothie (strawberries, banana, almond milk, honey).
Snack: go ahead apple biscuit bar thing.
Dinner: butternut squash risotto (it was yum 😋)
Snacks: fruit in jelly, one random milk tray!

Toast and butter this morning
Lentil "gratin" with bulgur wheat, beetroot, red pepper, cucumber and mango chutney for lunch, and an apple
Dinner is bean and barley soup with dumplings. Custard and some tinned peaches.
