I’m in west London- large chips is £6.50, sausage £3.50. Nuggets can’t be bought separately but with chips they’re £10.99. The large isn’t even that large imo!

(edit- regular chips are £3.50 so I’ll assume the nuggets are £7.50 so this would be over £20!)

Family chips: £6.65 (medium £3.95)
Jumbo saveloy: £2.80 each (plain sausage £2.60)

I cooked some fish and peas a few weeks ago and one bag of chips fed 3 of us easily and I'm not a huge salad, chicken lasts a week person.

I think that comes to £7.00 at my local chippy. It is the best in the area (NW) lovely food and very reasonable prices.

£11 but that’s 9 nuggets, had a look online as we only have fish and chips from there.

This is Nottinghamshire.

€4.40 for a large chips
€2.40 each for a battered sausage they don't do plain

So around 13 euro which isn't bad but the chip portions are fairly scanty so you'd really need two for two adults

£7.10 for chips is silly.

Unless it was some sort of supersize portion that could feed 4 people.

Where I am you can get medium chips and large fish which is enough for 2 people for £9.50
