I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

Fail of healthy eating today.

lunch- soya cappuccino & halloumi and veg wrap.

dinner: Katsu chicken and rice.

snacks: wine gums, strawberries

actually it’s not too bad. But I might have some ice cream.

Left over Fruit Loops cereal with oat milk that my toddler didn't want
Crumpet with peanut butter and half a banana

Latte with a Lindt hazelnut chocolate bar (divine, highly recommend)

Crackers with olive tapenade and blue cheese

Half an apple

Breaded hake, sweet potato, olives, kimchi

A few chewy sweets
Pack of sticky pork crisps (wouldn't buy again)

Lots of sparkling water

Two hard-boiled eggs chopped up with gherkins and fat free cottage cheese and made into sandwiches with 3 slices of Nimble wholemeal bread.

Salad of grated carrot, cabbage (red and white) , onion, tomato, red peppers, celery, gherkins, olives and cucumber, with 3 sliced quorn sausages and a 100% fat free Fage and lime juice and parsley and coriander dressing.

Two large glasses of water
3 black coffees
1 tea

B :Porridge and coffee.
L: Gnocchi, salad and cheese. A mandarin orange.

4 o’clock: Carnival zabaglione doughnuts and crispy pastry bits (DH went shopping and got carried away). Coffee.

D: Turkey meatloaf, airfryer potatoes, carrots and pickled beetroot. Greek yoghurt and chopped fruit.

I had 2 black coffees then I had to rush out for an appointment which was annoying (bad time management on my part). I hate skipping breakfast.

I met dd in town around lunchtime and we got bubble tea. I had pearl milk tea with no sugar.

Got home a couple of hours ago. Absolutely starving and not much food in the house so I did some oven chips and made 'loaded' fries with cheese, pickles, siracha and a few other condiments dumped on top. Was delicious but not really my healthiest day. Never mind. It all evens out over the week.

Toast and butter for breakfast
Lunch will be tuna salad with celery, peppers, apple, walnuts, raisins and rice
Dinner, microwave chicken korma with carrots and broccoli, lemon cake.

Here's me for yesterday:

Breakfast: Cheerful Buddha chaga latte with dash coconut milk (it was horrible).

Lunch: Organic houmous, mixed seeds and raw vegetables (mushrooms, cauliflower, radish, cucumber, home-grown broccoli sprouts). Slurp of beetroot juice, bite of turmeric root, spoonful of nutritional yeast and slice of nori.

Dinner: Homemade root vegetable dhal and sag paneer with bulgar wheat and topped with kefir, sumac and flaked almonds - plus my usual side salad of rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish, sweetcorn, beetroot kim chi, home-grown broccoli sprouts and edamame beans, and topped with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sumac, black pepper and mixed sesame seeds.

Snacks: Mixed berries. 2 x Lindor.

Drinks: Genmaichai green tea and home made kefir water throughout the day, 1 alcohol-free beer.

Toasted wholemeal cheese and kimchi sandwich

Handfuls of ‘chilli lemon grills’ crisp things

Schwarma marinaded lamb fillet, hummus, aubergine stew, salad, harissa soured cream, flatbread
Almond tart and pistachio ice cream.

A small wholemeal roll with cheese, cucumber, tomato and mayo.

A homemade prawn stir fry.

3 peppermint teas and 2 coffees.

Hoping to undo some of the damage from yesterday, where I ate sliced chicken on toast, a chicken sandwich, an Indian takeaway curry with half rice/half chips, half a fruit and nut bar and 3 glasses of red wine!!!

A very small pot of ice cream.

In hospital and the meals are too grim to even contemplate. Think mashed potato in a sea of sweetcorn and gravy and nothing else.

breakfast was a biggie home-cooked affair… hash browns, grilled mushrooms, 2 poached eggs, wilted spinach and grilled tomato

lunch - leftover jacket potato with cheese, tons of salad leaves, red pepper, cucumber, tomatoes

dinner - courgette and feta linguini with a dash of lemon juice

snack - 2x malted milk biscuits and a coffee

This will be me for today:

Breakfast: Spoonful decaf instant coffee, spoonful Cheerful Buddha mushroom cocoa and a dash of soy milk.

Lunch: Organic houmous, roasted mixed seeds and raw vegetables (mushrooms, cauliflower, radish, cucumber, home-grown broccoli sprouts). Slurp of beetroot juice, apple cider vinegar, bite of turmeric root, spoonful of nutritional yeast and slice of nori.

Dinner: Usual salad starter salad of rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish, beetroot kim chi, broccoli sprouts and edamame beans, and topped with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sumac, black pepper and mixed sesame seeds. Will be followed by main of homemade wholemeal pasta bake made with pancetta, mushroom medley, garlic, shallots, mixed herbs, chicory, topped with pinenuts and black pepper.

Snacks: Mixed berries. 2 x Lindor after dinner.

Drinks: Genmaichai green tea and home made kefir water throughout the day, 1 alcohol-free beer.

Yesterday:

Two small slices toast with butter and marmalade

Half portion salad nicoise (starter); pasta with salmon, rocket, cherry tomatoes

Bread roll with butter, Brie, handful of crisps. Chocolate desert pot .

Americano, sparkling water, pint and half lager, limoncello, a few mugs of tea

Today:

Two small slices of toast with butter and marmalade

Half slice of Spanish omelette and potato salad . Chocolate filled croissant .

I am still hungry so will have some cereal or toast in a minute.

Some kind of vegetable curry and rice this evening (meal out)

Drinks so far - couple of mugs of tea and a Coke Zero. May have a beer this evening .
