I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

B: A pear, coffee with frothy milk

L: Bowl of soup, slice of toast and marmite

D: Eggs and oven chips with peas, carrots and spinach, two clementines and a glass of red wine. Weird mix but it was what I wanted.

Glass of carrot and ginger juice.
Buckets of rooiboos tea and some breakfast tea.

Homemade tomato and spicy lentils soup with homemade bread

Trying to ignore the giant toblerone in the fridge

Loads of water, two coffees, two teas, two decaf teas

Today was a cba to cook day

Usual breakfast... granola, coconut yoghurt and banana,
bucket of milky coffee

Unearthed spinach frittata. Couple of Nairn's GF oaties.

M&S GF breaded chicken, oven chips, frozen veg mix and Sainsbury's GF vegetable gravy.

Couple of vodka and Caffeine free diet cokes soaked up by ready salted crisps.

Breakfast was bread and marmite
Lunch was a big ham salad sandwich and some Bombay mix
Dinner will be haricot bean and beetroot soup and semolina pudding.

Breakfast - rice crispies and a slice of toast

Lunch - had a ‘lighter’ full English at a local farm shop cafe to celebrate booking our wedding venue 💒

Tea - Spag bol with cheese and garlic bread

I will be partaking in some mini eggs and a cup of tea this evening 😋

L: ham and cheese sandwich
D: roast chicken thighs, sweet potato wedges and salad

A bit bready. The cleaner was here at lunchtime so I just threw a sandwich together and retreated to my office.

Probably not the healthiest! Been working all day and my daughter cooks dinner on a Friday.

L-GF sponge cake, cheesy niknak crisps, babybel, bag of baked crisps
D-Cheese and tomato omelette
2 x tea, 1 x latte, 2 x lucozade sport, 2 x herbal tea
May have a creme egg brownie before bed

2 mugs tea w. semi skimmed.

1 mug white coffee w. 1 tsp sugar.

A toasted cheese sandwich on 2 slices of white sourdough.

Some cheese and onion crisps and 2 small glasses pinot grigio.

Cheese burger (M&S best ever burger), chips, green salad, little bit of coleslaw, gherkins, couple of slices of tomato.

Greek yoghurt with some flaxseed and homemade granola (toasted dessicated coconut, seeds and coconut oil) and a coffee for breakfast
Low carb banana muffin for snack
Chicken breast and a rasher of bacon in garlic sauce and a cucumber, tomato and feta salad for lunch, with a big coffee in a flask. I'm on my feet all day at work.
Small handful of chocolate coffee beans and a slice of cheese with some mayonnaise for snack.
Tuna, broccoli and cheese sauce casserole for dinner.
Lots of water throughout the day.
Now a small glass of Baileys to celebrate the weekend and start of a week's annual leave 😋

Cottage pie with carrots, peas, broccoli and 4 Yorkshire puds

About 2L flavoured water and about 1L in decaf coffee and tea

Bowl of organic porridge with a chopped banana, goji berries, hemp hearts, walnuts and honey. Pint of lemon water.

2 x thick white bread toast (cold) with lots of butter
Kefir yoghurt.
Black coffee with 2 sugars
Nutella bar.
1 and a half cheese and onion toasties (3 slices white bread)
Banana and 2 x apples
2 x pints of squash
Mini pack of Biscoff biscuits.
Black coffee with 2 sugars.
BurgerKing Vegan Royale meal with large cheesy fries and coke (first night we haven’t cooked in ages).
2 x mini packs Biscoff biscuits.
Another coffee.

Brunch was an omelette with peppers and tomatoes.

DC and I had packed a lot of nice snack things for our hill-walk this afternoon but then DC put a lot of them into a river. So, DC had what remained of the nice snacks and I had a yoyo bear thing. I don't understand why kids love them. I thought it was awful.

Dinner was homemade veggie pizza.

Lunch was vegetable soup from the kitchen (ie retirement village kitchen) and four slices of multigrain toast, followed by the first mug of tea for the day.

Yesterday I ate

Piece toast with peanut butter and Marmite

Second breakfast the same

Baked potato with baked beans and reduced fat cheddar cheese

Scampi, mashed potatoes, peas

4 squares Cadbury dairy milk, packet of wotsits

Small glass red wine, mocha drink and several cups of tea .

Fried egg cob this morning because it's Saturday, baby.
Lunch is something with beetroot, cottage cheese, tomatoes and possibly a jacket potato.
Dinner is macaroni cheese, I think I'll do sprouts and carrots with it.
