Wait till you hear the 'bouncing' warm up song!!
I'm getting the feeling.......to jump up and down on you both until you stop twitching !!!!!

However it does keep dd entertained to allow me to MN

(I hate Mr Maker too...but it keeps her quiet too )

....think I hear Social Services coming to the door as I type..............

Anything's better than Mr Tumble/Something Special imho, it's not the program, I've just taken an odd dislike to Justin Fletcher. He makes my skin crawl, reminds me of a slimy estate agent/used car salesman. I think it's mostly the way he says "THANKYOOU!!!" like he's just played a gig at Glastonbury and he's thanking the audience.

Carrie can hit the notes but her voice isn't nice. I'd kill for her body though! Seeing her "bounce" in the warmup song in 4in stilleto heels makes me laugh. Bet it hurts!

Macdog · 19/03/2008 17:40

I love Justin, me

Has she really? That's not good.

My dp gets unreasonably irritated by the "new word" bit on Pinky-Dinky-Doo. He always does the trumpet noise and suggests his own word, along the lines of "doo do-de-dooo constipation!" etc (very grown up, I know)

itsahardknocklife · 19/03/2008 18:01

I like Carrie and David - makes me smile to watch DS (17months) dance while it's on.

Flight · 19/03/2008 18:05

I love them, they are just so sweet. I know they atually spend hours in their bedroom practising that stuff, and did so before the programme was even a possibility. It's just what's kept their parriage alive.
They're like two ten year old girls singing into hairbrushes

Flight · 19/03/2008 18:06

That is marriage obviously

Someone hold this baby so I can type.

brimfull · 19/03/2008 18:07

ds loves carrie and dave

I am irrationally annoyed about the outfits being the same.

she is a weird singer though

snottyshoulders · 19/03/2008 18:09

pass baby to me....
I think the programme is a bit odd frankly, my dc's look at it, as though they are thinking 'what the bugger are they doing' and they love dancing and singing. My first thought when I saw the programme was, that they are trying to preen our children for a life ahead of X factor auditions.

Flight · 19/03/2008 18:09

Talking of fantsay television, who remembers this? Get the music. [sigh]

Yoffi lifts a finger...and a mouse is there

lackaDAISYcal · 19/03/2008 18:09

caught this last week, and had to turj off really quickly; nauseating and cringy. YANBU

Miggsie · 19/03/2008 18:10

My DD sits glued to Carrie and David and imitates all the styles and comments on how good the song is...so it's good for developing critical abilities!

lackaDAISYcal · 19/03/2008 18:10

turn, obv.

ooh flight, I used to love the fingerbobs.
are you flightattendant btw?

Flight · 19/03/2008 18:11

snottyshoulders · 19/03/2008 18:20

Right ummm what were we talking about?

snottyshoulders · 19/03/2008 18:20

Was it some old movie star?

Flight · 19/03/2008 18:21

See you're not really broody

This dampness is what babies are ALL about.

I have now saved you from the considerable expense you would have incurred with another sprog.

snottyshoulders · 19/03/2008 18:28

Thank - you for money saving, you should chack out the money saving thread and take damp baby!!! Anyway damp but ooooooooo sooo cute!!!

Fancy being called Carrie Grant!

Flight · 19/03/2008 18:41

The bouncing is quite brave when teamed with crohn's disease.
