Feeling poorly and haven't travelled for ages. Single mum with not a lot of money at the moment. I want to look wistfully and vicariously at beautiful parts of the country to inspire me back into full health and energy so I can maybe one day venture out again. Words about your life there welcome also.

I walk down to the beach from the levels (where this photo was taken) nearly every day with the dogs. It's completely peaceful and utterly beautiful

I love this thread and think that UK and Ireland have some of the most beautiful places in the world. Yes, we suffer a little with the weather but on a fine day where could be better !!

My town in North Cornwall yesterday

Another one from one of our (many) local beaches.

Just 3 miles from the centre of Cardiff, my regular dog walk. I want my ashes scattered in this field.
