I did loads of heavy cleaning yesterday. Now today my back aches, my knees ache, my shoulders ache and I'd have liked to stay in bed today but no I'd already booked on to a cricket scoring course, so I had to get up early and go to that for 9 O'clock start and only been home half an hour.

I very rarely get ill but have been run down since before Christmas. I seem to have fatigue as walking up stairs or any sort of physical exertion is like doing a HIIT workout. My legs feel like lead, and my lung capacity seems reduced, it's been like this for 2/3 weeks. I was hoping it would just get better (am reasonably fit and healthy) but it hasn't. I'll ring the GP next week....

The fatigue/shortness of breath may very well be side effects of anaemia; do get some bloodwork done.

Stomach. I'm gluten intolerant and went to Mexico. The two clearly don't mix. Got back Friday and still on the struggle bus.

Low energy and mood that I've had since a virus before Christmas. Niggling headache and tired. Concerned as theres nothing wrong with me, but im also not very well and scared this is my new health forever.

Same as it's been for the past few months - fatigue, aches, depression, anxiety, brain fog, shortness of breath.... Just recently diagnosed with Hypothyroidism so I'm waiting for the meds to work!
