I have been awarded LCWRA and have been claiming it for almost a year, they didn't pay me my lcwra for three months while I was awarded and apparently claiming it. I also haven't been backdated,, of which I was recently told I should have gotten.
I've called in about it and they said put a note on my journal so I did and haven't gotten a response it's been a week. I called again and they said just put another message up🤦
Do they just not reply? When I was on "normal" UC they replied but now they don't.
I really struggle to do things by myself and talk for myself it's become extremely stressful.
Does anyone have any advice?
