Just realised iv over dosed with night nurse and co codmdol

Ffs.

im full of the flu, absolutely horrific. Iv barely slept long that 4 hours all together. I tried night nurse last night and it didn’t work.

iv been taking co cdimol because I heard it’s good to stop coughing.

I took 2 and 8pm and just had a shot of night nurse not even thinking before I go bed.

im Shitting myself :( help!!

This was me last December, at least 2 weeks of antibiotics and steroids on top of maxing out the doses of my inhalers. In the end I was sent to hospital by GP with suspected asthma attack; after 16+ hours in A&E i was diagnosed with influenza A and only sent home because they had no beds and I wasn’t “elderly”!!

Can’t believe I’m still poorly :( still coughing my guts up. Daughter has it now too and is coughing loads :( some times I don’t feel poorly but it’s just the ridiculous coughing and then sometimes I ache and my throat hurts :(

Well it went away for a week and is now full on back in full swing!! Had enough!!
