like going on holiday with them, my dh gets on great with my dad and when they do for a drink they go together, and they both love fishing. we all love to go to majorca on holiday so we go together, and we have a ds nearly 2 and we get alot of babysitting help from them. me and my mum enjoy going to aquaaerobics so we go together.
but people in our village have been calling us odd.
just because we are really close.
i hope im this close to ds when he grows up.
are they just envious?
or is it because we live next door to them? them amount of times people of said oh i couldn't do that[ie live next door] in a snotty sniffy way

fantastic falling out over bugger all.

have to agree that I doubt very much all the people who say "Oh I couldn;t do that " are being rude. And if you think they are all being rude I think it's more likely a case of the eye of the beholder.

off to do teh school run. will come back later to see if any blood's been spilled.

spotthedog · 13/03/2008 15:02

probably quite a bit younger than you, you old hag.

spotthedog · 13/03/2008 15:05

There's a pit round here somewhere, disguised with twigs adn leaves if anyone needs it? Lure spot the dog away with promises of a bare knuckle barn fight.

Aitch · 13/03/2008 15:10

ROFL this is why AIBU is SO GREAT! what fun this is. you sound not odd at all, spotty, you tell that terrible fish where to go/how ugly she is/how little sex she is having, that'll teach her.

spotthedog · 13/03/2008 15:10

oo why not?

certainly not cod, just trying to find outwhy you think its odd?

OP posts:
Oliveoil · 13/03/2008 15:11

because I think it is normal to spread your wings a bit and move away from your family

live a little

each to their own oddities

poshwellies · 13/03/2008 15:11

OP posts:
Aitch · 13/03/2008 15:13

Oliveoil · 13/03/2008 15:13

Aitch · 13/03/2008 15:14

spotthedog · 13/03/2008 15:14
