Where are my glasses?!

Ridiculous perhaps but anyone out there have a good mind's eye or what have you that would be able to tell me where my glasses are?? They've been missing a while, I have my older ones but they're pretty useless. The missing ones have purple frames and I have looked under/behind pretty much every bit of furniture in my house and down the sides of my sofa/chairs. Thanks!

Coat or jacket pocket ? One you haven’t worn in a while.

Around the bed somewhere - down between the back of the headboard and mattress or under the bed.

Under a car seat

In a handbag/coat pocket you haven’t used for a while

Have tried those too even though i tend to not take them off when I'm out, ironically enough because I don't want to lose them

Places I've found mine when they've been lost - in the laundry basket, in between the mattress and the bed frame, in the car, in a bag!

How often and where do you wear them? Eg for reading in the evening on the sofa, or at work/for driving?

All over the show, weird eyes ha, normally on the sofa though. I just don't know how they've just vanished into thin air or something

Are they reading glasses? Could they be in the middle of the paperwork you were dealing with the last time you used them?

They're every day my eyesight sucks glasses, havent seen them for weeks and nothing like that about here really. Thanks for suggestion

Airing cupboard? Have you put clothes away recently? Drawers?

Dressing gown pocket? In a drawer where you put a pile of socks/tea towels and maybe they got mixed up with them?

Do you have young kids? Mine used to "post" things into the bin...

I couldn't find mine, looked in my work bag, decided I'd left them in work then realised twat of the year was wearing them!

Me and DH spent ages looking for mine once. I turned the house upside down, he went through the car but we couldn’t find them. I got down on the floor, to look under my chair, when my face touched the floor and pushed my glasses, that I’d been wearing all along, into my face. 🙄🙄🙄

I had an excuse because I’d injured my eye and was wearing an eye patch, h but DH had been looking at me, while he was talking to me, asking where I’d last seen my glasses! 🙄🙄🙄

I often find mine on my head, in the car dashboard, on coffee table and someone has put something in top of them, in the kitchen. My Mum put hers in the fridge before. She put away some tomatoes and must have had them in her hand at the same time and put both away.
