Fried egg and beans on toast

Eggs look good but the beans look dry.

Poached eggs are much nicer than fried.

What did you do to the egg? Where is the yolk?

The bread is screaming for a bit of butter

Baked beans are awful , eggs on toast , buttered toast , is lovely .

I'd have the beans on one slice of toast, and the egg on the other. How else will you get the yumminess of the egg yolk on the toast? Also, it could be improved with pepper and English mustard.
Otherwise, a very satisfying meal!

The eggs were flipped over to get rid of the slimly egg white and the yoke is still runny .

I do mine with butter, hot stainless steel pan, sunny side up, whites set, yolks runny.

I can see the yokes are soft, whites are cooked how you like them and how anyone can tell if you’ve buttered the toast or not from that tiny visible corner is beyond me.
It’s more than I’ve managed to make myself so enjoy!

I hate baked beans but the eggs look lush

Looks great although beans on the side for me to avoid the toast getting all soggy!
