Fried egg and beans on toast

All looks a bit dry to be honest. You got nowt moist?

Poached eggs and cheese.

Loathe baked beans, loathe fried eggs, not keen on toast.

Cheap baked beans. The sauce is too dark.
Needs a peep of melting butter on the shelf the toast
And a slice of crispy bacon either side.

A slice of dairylea processed cheese under the beans, all melts and stretchy.
After all, it's never gonna be a healthy dinner is it.

The OP literally asked for critique, the thread title is 'Rate my plate'.

Because the yolk often has a film of egg white over it that you can’t see when the egg is sunny side up, but which goes white when the egg is cooked on that side. It’s more common with fresher eggs where the whites are thicker and hold their shape better.

Egg and beans on toast is healthy!

Protein and healthy fats in the egg, beans have lots of lovely fibre and count as one of your five a day, carbs in the bread - that’s a decently balanced meal at about 500 calories.

Cheese and beans is better in my opinion.

If that’s how you like your eggs I am not going to comment.

(But I like mine so I can see the yolk and with crispy bits around the edges, which I know is a tad controversial.)

A bit of brown sauce would be good.
