To think my friend is going to hell

My friend has his own shop where everything is hand made , he makes his own products and stocks hand made products for others as a collective,

He's just text me in a panic , a little old lady came in and bought these .....

He's now worrying in case it's the grandsons xmas present

I think xmas day could be interesting in one house in the north of England 😂🙈

My FIL bought bought himself a Christmas jumper to wear. He didn't even notice that the reindeer pattern was actually of shagging reindeer! He'd even worn it to an old peoples lunch thing the day before 😂

If it's the grandson's Christmas present then it will generate some hilarious future Christmas memories! Perhaps it will even start a trend and the poor boy will be bought Uranus presents every year for the rest of his life!

I was laughing at the ur-anus. Then I was laughing even more at this. Brilliant!

I think everyone on here today is just gunning for a fight

Anyway I can't type very fast with my toes . I thought cutting my fingers off was a more permanent solution than sitting on my hands .

But I do feel sorry for your DP, I too would feel awful.

I just hope they’re not a gift for her grandchild!

My Gran got me some questionable things in her old age but nothing like this fortunately.

Hopefully they are a gift for an adult and they’ll find it hilarious.

Although I have seen plenty of photos of elderly people wearing clothes with rude images on them and I really don’t think they know 😢

The impression I got from friend was that this particular woman had not got the joke and was buying them in innocence without realising the connotation.

He may well have been mistaken and she might be into anal, pegging and rimming with her significant other for whom they are intended.

It's not humorous though. Laughing at older women, and making sweeping assumptions, tends not to be.

Apparently yes you are ! She was very elderly and bought nothing else cheeky . Hence my friends guilt . I found it quite funny but I sympathised with him as he is a nice person and I think it rather caught him off guard .

So it clearly wasn't obvious to you that people can have different senses of humour, but someone pointing out clearly ageist views, is not being 'a bore' just because you decide so.

When I was maybe 7 my mum bought me a keyring in the shape of a penis wearing sunglasses. She had no idea, although for the life of me I can't work out how she thought it was "just a cool surfer!". She would have been about 40 at the time though, so can't blame her elderlyness.
