How do you feel about Sunak’s speech?

I know there has been a lot of discussion on here from those who didn’t want to vote for a party that didn’t know the definition of a woman.

Rishi has stated clearly that “a woman is a woman and a man is a man.” While I’d argue that still isn’t a definition, per se, he is appeasing this way of thinking.

So I’m just wondering. Is this enough for you to vote Tory at the next election?

And people are allowed to rant. Half of MN threads are doing it in one form or another.

No-one that cares about women as a priority would vote Tory.

I know a woman is a woman and a man is a man, that sex is binary and immutable. It's not opinion. Nor is it bigoted to say it. Very tired of transwomen and their allies succeeding in erasing women. I won't vote for someone who doesn't know what a woman is.

I'd say it perhaps depends on how the courts/government/EHRC choose to define 'woman'. If its by gender, then yes, all of them.

@Sueveneers that is an American produced document. Regardless, I don’t think you’ll find many women disagreeing. The thread seems to be about the Tories. Why are they eroding all thus? Why are some women blaming future Labour for the Tories 13 years past and present mistakes?

Most of those things you mention have NOT been removed by the Trans movement but by spending cuts/austerity.

The reason women have lost many safe spaces is down to spending cuts, my hospital has had to put women in mens wards and vice versa due to not enough staff.

Same with cuts in funding to DV refuge's, which this thread has made me more aware of, its shocking.

And yes I do blame the trans lobby which is predominantly TW. They have proactively worked for the eradication of single sex spaces for years. It didn’t just somehow magically happen!
