To ask for your help to remember this song...

I used to go to a bar maybe 6yrs ago, and the DJ would play the kind of songs you hear on Kisstory.

Ginuwine, Pony. Trey Songz. Boyz2men. That kind of thing. Old rnb.

There was one song that had a chorus that said something about "my propellor". Might have started with a weird intro, maybe a helicopter propeller, maybe gun fire, (and for some weird reason I am recalling shouting and possibly church bells but less certain on that). Male singer.

Anyone? I've been on YouTube for about an hour and it's driving me crazy. I thought it was called "Propeller" but nothing (other than artic monkeys, Dave and Jae5 and it's none of these) comes up.

Please help me!

Oh, I should add, the bar has closed and I have no idea who the DJ was, or I would have looked him up and messaged him, it's annoying me that much!

No, I'm pretty sure propeller was in the chorus, and repeated. I literally can't remember anything else. But I know if I saw the lyrics or heard the intro, I'd recognise it.

It's got a vibe of that "bottoms up" song about it.

I'm trying not to mention other songs, cos then they get stuck in my head instead.

There was definitely a weird intro. Perhaps a helicopter. Maybe some gunfire. Maybe some shouting and/or sirens.

And I have no idea why I'm thinking of a graveyard and church bells as well.
